Vacation paradise! Enjoy your time in the Florida sunshine in a spacious 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo over looking Boca Ciega Bay. The condo is located on a resort style island within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club.

Relax on your large balcony as you enjoy views of the water, downtown St. Petersburg skyline, downtown Gulfport, and the local marina. Keep your eyes on the water to see dolphins swimming by and boats sailing to the gulf. Watch the sunrise and the sunset. The condo is a short bike ride or drive to several beautiful Gulf beaches.

Condo includes:

Queen size bed in bedroom with memory foam topper.

Beach/pool day essentials: Pool noodles, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

42” Smart TV (living room) provided so you can access all of your favorite apps. Spectrum cable included. 32” TV with cable in bedroom.

Pull out ottoman in living room (single bed for 3rd guest).

Essentials starter pack provided for 30 day guests to allow you time to settle in before needing to shop. (Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc)

Kitchen essentials (cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cups, plates, utensils, wine accessories, etc)

Complex has 24/7 Security.


Guest has access to:

Recreation room with pool table/lending library located on 2nd floor. This area may be reserved for gatherings.

Large pool and hot tub over looking Boca Ciega Bay.

One assigned parking spot, second car may park in guest space, and a guest parking pass provided for visitors.

Bike storage room for your own bike, free pass required, reach out to owner for details.

Laundry available on 2nd floor (coin).

Yacht and Country club, contact Isla Del Sol for membership rates. Discounts given during off peak season.

The condo is 10 minutes away from famous Fort De Soto Beach, 5 minutes away from St Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grille, 15 minutes away from downtown St Pete, and 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutique, bank, salon and other businesses.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. My husband and I fell in love with this property because it has everything a vacationer or seasonal traveler would want: amenities within walking distance, golf, heated pool/hot tub, water views, direct water access, docks, etc. Water views are so relaxing and enjoyable--this condo has them from every window! We've enjoyed several nights sitting on the balcony watching the sunset.

What makes this property unique

The views! Many of the units on this island have views of the road or golf course—we have a view of the water! Watch the sunrise and the sunset. Watch boats sail by and the dolphins swim past.
