Enjoy quiet tranquility on this waterfront balcony as you enjoy your coffee in the morning or your wine in the evening! Palma del Mar is one of several beautiful condo communities located on Isla del Sol in St. Petersburg, FL. Our island is just a 5-minute drive from Gulf Boulevard where you can find beaches, restaurants, shops, and resorts, including the infamous Don CeSar. For a change of pace, our unit offers easy access to Fort De Soto Park, just 9 minutes away. This unit has been family-owned since 1987 and their favorite beach is Historic Pass-A-Grille. We hope you enjoy our Florida getaway!

Our family is from Chattanooga, TN. St. Pete has been our vacation city since our dad was a kid in the 1950s; its like a second home to us. We purchased this unit in 1987 and have come every year ever since. We know the area well.
Why they chose this property
In 1987, Isla was a relatively new community and is just as quiet now as it was then. 5 minutes to the west is that tourist/beach life: restaurants, resorts, shops, ice cream, and a few bars. 5 minutes south is Fort De Soto, a secluded park with picnic areas, a campground, and a ferry to a lighthouse on an uninhabited island. 5 minutes to the east is the interstate with quick access to Tampa, Orlando, or the beautiful Sunshine Skyway.
What makes this property unique
The view is simply breathtaking. A covered parking space is a great added bonus. We are very close with our next door neighbors.
