The family apartment for 4 to 6 people (Comfort+ for 4 adults with children) of 45m2 (55 m2 Carrez law) completely renovated in 2020-22 by us, will offer you a charming space, standing 3* Label Méribel all comfort in duplex + Mezzanine is located on the ground floor of the Plan du Moulin residence, located 200m from the resort centre, quiet and close to shops and entertainment, 300m from the ski slopes also accessible by free shuttle whose stop is at the foot of the residence.

-The ground floor:
The very functional kitchen is equipped with a large 200 L fridge with freezer, silent dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, combi oven (microwave and traditional oven), gratin dishes, raclette/fondue appliances, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, food processors and kitchen utensils, cupboards.
The table can be deployed very simply and quickly from 5 to 7 people.
Attention: Small living room of 18m2.
Lounge area equipped with a 3-seater sofa. TV. Wifi. Separate toilets.

- Upstairs accessible by a mountain staircase:
*Bedroom 1 with Queen size bed, spacious and comfortable 11m2 with small balcony, chest of drawers, cupboard/wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Fold-out TV.

*Bedroom 2 with modular beds: twin bed version 2x80x200 or double bed version 160x200 depending on the need (with real comfort mattress topper). Dressing room. 8m2.

*As a bonus: 3-attic bedroom converted into a mezzanine with two single beds (2x 90x190) accessible to scale (max ceiling height 1m20/forbidden under 8 years old).

*Shower room. Washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.

All bedding is new with memory foam mattresses, mattress toppers and mattress pads.
For stays of 7 nights or more, your beds will be made on arrival with hotel linen + Towels (1 bath towel + 1 towel /pers) + adult dressing gowns + house kit: bath mat + 2 tea towels and hand towels.

Linen option possible for short stays of less than 7 days: (20€/pers (house kit, sheets and 1 towel/pers)

Childcare equipment available: folding bed/mattress (please note sheets not provided), booster chair for table, crockery, safety rail, bath ring for shower).

Plenty of storage, a ski locker and a cellar with boot dryer will allow you to store all your equipment on the lower half floor, this will allow you to go back up to the apartment in light boots or booties because skis/snowboards/ski boots are forbidden on the floors. 5 sleighs at your disposal, 2 of which are approved for the toboggan run.

A private covered parking space for medium cars (narrow box width 2.25 m, height 1.90 m - so pay attention to the size) + possibility of outdoor parking depending on availability in the private car park of the residence. Please note: we cannot guarantee you a space in the outdoor space accessible to all owners and tenants of the residence. (If your vehicle is out of gauge for the private box, you can reserve a space in a public car park in the resort at your own expense).

Residence ideally located for skiing and after-ski, for activities and entertainment both in winter and summer. Everything is within walking distance (skiing, activities, shops, restaurants, bars...). The residence, a little out of the way at 200m/5mn, allows you to enjoy the calm of the family residence while being close to the resort centre offering day and night entertainment. A free shuttle, the "Méribus" takes you to ski lessons in La Chaudanne, ski slopes and different districts of Méribel: The Belvedere, the Altiport, the plateau, the village, Morel, Mottaret, Les Allues...
