We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. We enjoyed our stay at Coffin Point and would absolutely stay here again. The property management company was easy to work with and even got a few things returned to us that we left behind upon departure. It was a great experience.

This house was exactly what we were looking for... cozy, clean, right on the water. The location can't be beat if you're looking for a quieter vibe. The sunrises, the gentle lapping of the waves on the sound, the birds... just the relaxing experience we wanted.

Could not enjoy the beach at all! Was not walkable! To many oysters shells! Could not get in the water! You advertised beach front which made us think we could enjoy the beach! Not!!! The cottage has a German roach problem!!

This house was so beautiful! The layout was perfect. Ocean being tright there was just perfectly framed by all rhe windows and porch. Beds were so comfy. Everything was perfect!

Secluded beach experience

The property was very clean, close to the beach and extremely quiet. We did day trips to Charleston and Savanah and enjoyed coming "home" to the seclusion of the house and the beach view.
