On the ground floor: large living room of nearly 70 m2 with sea view, kitchen with pantry, toilet. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster....
Pantry: washing machine, dryer and freezer.

Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a bathroom, and toilets.

EXTERIOR VILLA:
Landscaped garden with palm trees and many species. Large terrace with many equipment, teak table, garden furniture, barbecue... a pool house with bar, open outdoor shower and separate toilet.
Sunken pool area which includes a large infinity pool, a shaded lounge under a gazebo and beach pool with two sunbeds.
