La villa bénéficie d’un emplacement incroyable, offrant une vue de carte postale sur la mer.Orientée sud-est, elle est baignée de soleil dès le réveil : il suffit d’ouvrir les volets électriques depuis le lit pour découvrir une vue plongeante sur la mer, absolument magique.Située sur une colline en front de mer très pentue, la villa donne cette impression unique d’avoir la mer à ses pieds, avec une vue à l’infini qui apaise et inspire.Entièrement neuve, elle allie architecture contemporaine, design soigné et harmonie des espaces. Tout est parfaitement pensé et superbement équipé.La connexion fibre permet de travailler facilement tout en laissant libre cours à sa créativité face à ce panorama spectaculaire.Les propriétaires, très attentifs et réactifs, veillent sincèrement à la réussite du séjour.Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine chauffée à 27 C en ce tout début octobre, un vrai plaisir à toute heure, face à la mer.Et quel bonheur de pouvoir promener notre chien à pied : la forêt se trouve juste en bas du virage, et en poursuivant le chemin, on atteint en une trentaine de minutes le centre du village de Carqueiranne.Une adresse rare, entre mer, lumière et élégance, où chaque détail invite à la détente et à la beauté. Votre expression « une vue plongeante sur la mer » décrit parfaitement ce que l’on ressent en ouvrant les volets depuis la chambre — je vais d’ailleurs reprendre vos mots dans la description de l’annonce, tant ils traduisent à merveille l’esprit du lieu La villa a effectivement cette position unique, perchée sur la colline, qui donne la sensation d’avoir la mer à ses pieds… Et quel bonheur de savoir que vous avez pu profiter de la piscine chauffée à 27 °C et des promenades jusqu’à Carqueiranne avec votre chien Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans ce coin de paradis entre mer, lumière et sérénité. Superbe semaine, vue extraordinaire !

Des prestations à la mesure de l’attente. Une maison dans laquelle il fait bon vivre et où le moindre regard dehors nous rappelle le privilège de pouvoir contempler la mer et la presqu’île depuis le bureau, le salon, les chambres, la terrasse ou la piscine.Une équipe pour accueillir chaleureuse et propriétaires disponibles.Parfait.
