Great stay, close to beach an market

The house and lot are spaceious and located in a quiet area. Beach and market are in walking distance. We weren't missing anything for a relaxing stay. Will come back

Nice place, great location, a lot of space

Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need. The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa
) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids

Les échanges avec l'hÎte ont été excellent. Le grand séjour est parfait, la cuisine est trÚs bien équipée, les 2 lits de 160 sont confortables. La 3e chambre est un dortoir parfait pour enfants ou ados. Les 3 salles de bain apportent un grand pour ne pas se bousculer.

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in Julien‘s Haus und es ist immer wieder herrlich: die wunderbare Lage mit fußlĂ€ufigem Strand und Strandbar in die eine Richtung und Markt und Austernbar in die andere, der große Garten und das gerĂ€umige Haus mit einem getrennten Bereich fĂŒr unsere erwachsenen Kinder. Perfekter Aufenthalt fĂŒr 4 Personen mit Hunden

Tolle Lage mit sehr großem Garten, der völlig abgeschlossen ist. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und ins Stadtzentrum. Auch ein MissverstĂ€ndnis (fehlende BettwĂ€sche) wurde von Julian perfekt und unbĂŒrokratisch gelöst. Rundum eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.Vielen Dank.

Feriendomizil mit hohem Potenzial, aber auch SchwÀchen

In Summe haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist im Prinzip sehr gerĂ€umig, angenehm ruhig und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da ein Dachfenster Ameisenbefall hatte und es durch ein weiteres Dachfenster hindurch regnete. Beide Fenster waren von uns nicht zu bedienen. Die zwei SchlafrĂ€ume im separaten Haus waren nicht wirklich zu benutzen, da sich eine hohe unangenehme Geruchsbelastung entwickelte, die wir auch durch wiederholte SpĂŒlungen nicht eliminieren konnten. Es erscheint als wĂ€re eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Reparatur notwendig, da an vier Stellen Fliesen wohl schon aufgemacht wurden (Spekulation unsererseits). Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber direkt und ok.
