High season rental for 7 nights from saturday to saturday.

Flat of 60 square metres situated on the first floor of the building.

It has two balconies, one facing North West and the other South East. It is distributed with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower and dining room equipped with flat screen TV, satellite and a sofa-bed for two children or one adult.

It has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other as well as a sofa-bed in the dining room.

Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Appartement sympa et bien situé

Appartement agréable et bien situé, à côté de la plage. Le seul bémol pour ma part étant la literie, le matelas était beaucoup trop dur pour moi. Après c’est suivant les préférences de chacun.

bienvenue au rayon congélation

vacances placées sous le signe de l'ours blanc, des nuits non réparatrices, sur une literie défectueuse, et des couvertures non adaptées a la taille du lit. Salle de bains dangereuse par sa glissance, douche équipée d'un rideau des années 50, très sale. Fourniture d'un chauffage qui n'était pas aux normes et totalement insuffisant au regard de la surface de l'appartement . la t° extérieure était pourtant très douce. Expérience à oublier et surtout à ne pas recommander ni reproduire .

Monsieur Alain, nous regrettons que vous ayez pris la décision de nous attribuer une note d'une étoile parce que nous n'avons pas accepté votre chantage de nous rembourser plus de la moitié de la somme payée et que si nous refusions, vous nous attribueriez une note d'une étoile. Nous avons changé le rideau de douche pour un tout nouveau (même si l'ancien sortait de la blanchisserie), vérifié les matelas au cas où et montré la facture d'achat (les matelas n'ont même pas 5 ans). Les lecteurs noteront que nous n'avons jamais reçu de plainte concernant le glissement du sol de la salle de bain, les carreaux de céramique étant antidérapants. Nous comprenons en partie votre tentative d'obtenir un prix gratuit pour vos vacances, mais vous devez également comprendre que nous faisons ce métier avec amour et qu'il s'agit du gagne-pain de notre famille. C'est pourquoi nous n'acceptons pas votre chantage et n'en accepterons jamais aucun, même si cela nous coûte le plus mauvais score. Cordialement Enric

Appartement au calme dans une impasse avec une jolie vue sur les canaux. Plage à quelques minutes à

L appartement est fonctionnel et agréable. Pour 3 personnes c est parfait. Il nous a manqué un peu de vaisselle : bols pour le petit-déjeuner, verres à pied pour l apéro et des couverts. L orientation de la terrasse est idéale en été.

Beaucoup de choses à revoir

- Beaucoup de bruit dans la résidence, l’isolation phonique est à revoir - il manque du matériel dans le logement qui est normalement prévu pour 6 personnes, manque de vaisselle, coussins dans le clic-clac, etc... - literie : Les oreillers sont tous jaunis, le couvre lit est taché, - sanitaires : l’abattant des toilettes est rouillé et a cassé - environnement : nécessité de prendre la voiture pour se rendre dans le centre ville situé à 2,5 kms - un lave linge serait apprécié, un mini four, un grille pain, dessous de plat, ...

Bons moments, belles promenades et visites. Le patrimoine est relativement riche.

La vue est magnifique dans cette période. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout proche de la plage. La literie est bonne.

Superbe séjours !

Nous avons passées 2 semaines formidable ! Le logement est très fonctionnel il est proche de la plage mais à la fois du côté nature (chevaux , vaches etc ..). Nous avons pu Nous reposer la calm était au rendez vous ! Nous reviendrons merci encore !

Ein sehr netter entgegenkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber.

Die Wohnung Ist schlicht aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, genau das was man braucht. Regale, und ein großer Schrank bieten genug Stauraum. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Boote ist sehr schön, auch die Nähe zum Strand, klasse. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, um einzukaufen muss man schon ein Stück fahren, da der Kanal nur an bestimmten Stellen überfahrbar ist. Vier Punkte, da die Menge an Besteck (Messer) und Gläsern etwas knapp bemessen ist, man muss nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine anmachen. Ansonsten prima. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in Empuriabrava

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man braucht höchstens 2 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist super sauber und vom Balkon hat man einen Schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Das einzige Mängel wäre keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ist es in der Beschreibung auch nicht benannt.
