With a special focus on our future visitors, we are pleased to offer this charming single-story home of 85 m² featuring a large, bright 44 m² living area facing due south, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 30-square-meter wooden deck and a lovely little tropical garden, along with private parking and a bike shed. This home, which is accessible for people with disabilities, features two bedrooms, each measuring 12.5 square metres (one bedroom with three 90-cm beds, two of which are bunk beds, and one bedroom with a 160-cm bed), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet equipped with a hand-washing sink. The last room is the laundry room.
The house’s location offers a peaceful setting while still being close to city centre and providing easy access to shops and the train station, located 1.4 km away. In addition, you can reach the oyster port of Gujan in just a 15-minute walk or enjoy the bike paths located 250 m from the house. The Dune du Pilat is a 15-minute drive from the house and a 45-minute bike ride along the bike paths.
Since we live nearby, we’ll be happy to offer advice on the many and varied activities available in our beautiful Arcachon Bay.
Currently, the house is not equipped with a specific, secure electrical socket for charging electric or hybrid car batteries. We therefore ask that you refrain from charging batteries.
