In the centre of Bastelicaccia, a village in southern Corsica, located about 10 minutes from Ajaccio.
The property is 6 km from the airport and about 10 km from the port (ferry terminal).
Ideally located between the imperial city of Ajaccio and Porticcio, you’ll enjoy a quiet and relaxing setting while still being close to beaches and amenities.

BRAND-NEW, bright, and air-conditioned 35-square-meter furnished apartment, very comfortable with ground-floor access, located on the ground floor of a villa in a new residential complex.

50-square-meter terrace for relaxing in the sun, equipped with a bioclimatic pergola.

Close to all amenities within walking distance or a 2-minute drive (bakery, produce market, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, petrol station, newsstand, dry cleaner and laundromat, mini-market, brasserie, and pizzeria).
An 8-km drive from major shopping centers and drive-thru locations.
Beaches are 6 km away, along with numerous recreational activities (scuba diving, jet skiing, canoeing, windsurfing, hiking, lake activities, etc.).

- Terrace with table, chairs, and lounge chairs, featuring a bioclimatic pergola and a Weber charcoal grill.
