Quiet house, with kitchen, bedroom upstairs, mezzanine, living room in vaulted cellar, bathroom, toilet and cloakroom, wifi access, private terrace, view of courtyard & garden.
Located 5 km from Poitiers (Cité de l'art roman), about 1 hour drive from the Marais Poitevin and 1h30 from La Rochelle.
Independent access for travellers, plus key box. Access to the Poitiers Nord exit via the A10 motorway. Poitiers-Biard airport at 5KM / Poitiers city centre train station at 9.5 km / Futuroscope train station at 16 km.
Local shops 3KM away. Possibility to book your breakfast on weekends, additional cost. Breakfast from 10€ per person.
Jacuzzi service at an additional cost of 15€
per hour per person (loan of dressing gown) and rental of electrically assisted mountain bikes on request at 20€ per day per person (deposit required).
Free Wi-Fi.

À 15 mn du Futuroscope, un havre de paix. Maison tout confort. Propreté impeccable.Environnement calme. Les propriétaires habitent sur place dans un autre bâtiment ce qui facilite les échanges et le contact à l'arrivée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, et grande disponibilité.

Bonheur

Séjour parfait, Agnès et Laurent sont des personnes d'une gentillesse infinie. Leur petit coin de paradis est parfait pour se ressourcer et nombre d'activité sont à faire à proximité! La maison est très propre, tout est en mode cabane au bord de mer. Nous reviendrons si nous passons de nouveau dans le coin sans hésiter! Leur petit chat Cléo est aussi super mignonne et très douce avec les enfants! Merci encore pour ce séjour!
