One bedroom, sleeping 2 in a double bed, bathroom (shower), sitting room / kitchen. West facing decking. Double glazing, convector heating. 1GB fibre-optic Wi-fi. Smart TV, DVD player. Washer/dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Parking in yard, cabin is a 1 minute walk from car but does include 6 steps up into woodland

I love living in the countryside - it's so quiet, no close neighbours so our own little world! On the other hand, Guildford & London are easily accessible. Relaxation for me is playing tennis or a walk across the heath to the local pub for a catch up with friends.

Why they chose this property

Lockhurst Hatch Farm dates from 1590 - the farm is set in its own valley with both pasture and woodland. I love living here because it is so secluded and unbelievably quiet - no close neighbours but easy reach of Guildford and London. Miles of open access heath and woodland on our doorstep.
