I booked this property for a week-long whole-family three-generation gathering (my wife and I, our four children, three children-in-law and seven grandchildren).  In the event, due to illness, my wife and I and one of our children couldn't attend, but the other thirteen did.  The villa itself lived up to expectations and no one had any complaints about what it offered.  The reason for the poor rating is solely to do with the experience of using the grounds, in particular the area around the pool.  On the third day, my six-year-old grandson was stung by a wasp near the pool.  Two of the adults received wasp stings on the following couple of days.  After a brief search, an established wasps' nest was discovered and one of my daughters contacted Domus Rental asking them to remove it.  There was no response from Domus Rental until the requested was escalated and Vrbo were contacted.  Twelve hours after the original request, staff from Domus Rental arrived, located the nest and removed it.  Rather alarmingly, they also left some cans of the substance they had used on the nest for use by guests if there were further problems.  A further wasps' nest was discovered on the penultimate day near the poolside.   Although all of the above is bad enough, the main criticism I have is that there had clearly been no search of the grounds or an insufficient search of the grounds to locate and remove any wasps' nests before the rental period started.  Domus Rental charge a lot of money for this

Beautiful. House is awesome. Wasps a problem

Gorgeous home. Clean, well appointed spacious. We asked for the pool to be kept open past the scheduled Oct 1closing and were accommodated. We had a problem with wasps. Two nests. Really big wasps. One nest was removed after two days. The second still there when we left. Was not effectively dealt with. No screens in the windows meant windows had to be closed. A professional exterminator was required but never arrived. Sadly this problem is the reason I can’t give a higher rating.

Tolles Haus mit Pool und Ausblick

Wir waren mit zwölf Freunden für eine Woche in dem Haus. Wir fanden es sehr geräumig und die Historie des Hauses ist faszinierend. Der Pool und die Aussicht sowie die Lage inmitten der Natur haben uns am besten Gefallen. Fragen konnten per Chat geklärt werden und über einen Online Link gab es die wichtigsten Infos zum Checkin und dem Haus auf einen Blick. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Es war alles sehr gut. Evtl. könnte die Küchenausstsattung noch etwas verbessert werden (z.B. Pfannenwender hat gefehlt), aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau )

Traumvilla

Sehr geräumige, saubere tolle Villa. Ideal für größere Gruppen und Familien mit vielen Bereichen für ruhige Auszeiten. Außenbereich mit großem Grill und Pool ist spitzenmäßig. Sanitäre Einrichtungen Toiletten und vor allem Duschen sollten mal wieder komplett auf Funktion und Befestigungen überprüft werden.

Traumhafte Location

Ich habe ein Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden im Giardino di Sibilla verbracht und es war perfekt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und Möglichkeiten um auch bei schlechtem Wetter Zeit zusammen zu verbringen. Bei gutem Wetter bietet die Terrasse mit Außenbereich und Pool die ideale Gelegenheit den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen. Ideal für eine größere Gruppe von bis zu 16 Leuten. Immer wieder gerne!!! Danke für das tolle Wochenende.

Schöne Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir, 8 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, waren begeistert von dem schönen Haus. Es ist gut ausgestattet, bietet Platz für alle und ist sehr sehr schön gelegen. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort und überlegen, in ein paar Jahren, wenn die kleinen Kinder größer sind, wieder hinzufahren.
