Sables Vigniers, in the town of Saint-Georges-d’Oléron,
10 minutes from the Port de la Cotinière and the Chassiron Lighthouse, a sandy beach within walking distance—simply cross the tourist road and take a limestone path; at low tide, the rocks are perfect for shore fishing. A COOP mini-market, bakery, hair salon, Peugeot garage, and bike rental shop are all within walking distance.
House fully renovated in 2019, featuring: a beautiful, bright, south-facing living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, electric kettle...), utility room, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and walk-in closet, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and walk-in closet, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with double sinks. Private enclosed garden. One parking space. Outdoor furniture, charcoal grill. Electric heating with high-performance insulation. Double-glazed windows.
Pets not allowed. Smoking not permitted indoors.
Check-in and check-out in July and August are on Sundays to help you avoid traffic jams.
Available for rent year-round with a minimum stay of 2 nights, except in July and August.
COVID-19: In the event of a lockdown, your reservation can either be refunded, rescheduled to fit your dates, or converted into a credit valid for 18 months.
A security deposit check for 800 euros will be required but not cashed.
High season: free shuttle bus to other beaches.

Honnêtement, une pépite ! Annonce conforme à la réalité. C'est propre,lumineux,bien agencé, les bases de la cuisine sont disponibles, il y a de quoi faire le ménage ! La proximite de la plage est vraiment à 100m, pas besoin de voiture!L épicerie à 5min à pied!Contact avec le proprietaire parfait.Bref, que du positif!Nous avons passé un.bon moment en famille. Séjour de fin d'année

Première année où nous fêtons Noël seulement tous les trois (mon époux, ma fille et moi-même) à proximité de la mer. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est propre, fonctionnelle et au calme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et bienveillants.Grâce à leur conseil, nous avions réservé à l'avance une table pour le 25 décembre au restaurant Le Local qui se situe à La Cotinière. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de cette découverte gastronomique. Que de très beaux moments et d'agréables souvenirs.Un grand merci

Séjour reposant et ressourçant à l'île d'Oleron

Maison charmante, moderne, bien agencée, bien équipée et idéalement située... on s'y sent comme chez soi... elle est parfaite pour accueillir un couple avec enfants. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison. Elle est pratique, propre et bien décorée. Nos filles ont fait de belles photos de couchers de soleil car la mer est vraiment à quelques pas. Le jardin et la place de parking sont appréciables. Nous remercions beaucoup Alexandra et Cyril.

Week-end en famille pour visiter l'île. Maison parfaite pour 5 et en très bonne état. A proximité de tout mais en hiver il faut prendre sa voiture . Seul petit bémol je dirais la connexion internet dans la maison. Je recommande vraiment ce logement

Lovely location, comfortable house

The house is ideal for a relaxing stay on the ile d'Oleron. It is well equipped and close to beaches, a small supermarket, and a cafe. We would recommend it for a family getaway, and the island is lovely, great for exploring by bike. The only slight snag in the whole stay was that that the costs for cleaning and renting bed linens, along with the request for a sizeable security deposit the day before we arrived, were not listed anywhere in the description, so these all came as a surprise. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay.
