Second year at the property and still love it! Thoughtful touches, updated decor, open concept, and all the things families at the lake would want (second fridge, ice machine, lots of glasses, etc).

Great Family Vacation

We had a fantastic week at the lake! We really enjoyed being on the deck and drinking wine. The water access was perfect for our dogs and 2year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back next year!

Magical Lake Front

Keuka Lake has always held a special spot in our hearts but this trip exceeded all expectations and it started with the property on the lake. Lots of space for our family and friends. Steve was overly accommodating and his property is stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome house and property. Lakeside view and seating area priceless. Wish grass was trimmed in seating area down by the lake, but that would be my only major criticism. Updates in house are perfect for a great stay. Utilized kitchen, lake toys, 2 larger bedrooms. Parking super easy as well.

June 2023 family vacation

Wonderful place for our family of 10 that included 4 toddlers. Walk-in beach area and plenty of water toys were enjoyed by all. Visited Glenn Curtis museum and went to movie theatre when air quality affected outdoor activities.

Spring Break

We met up with family for the Easter Holiday at the lake. The location of this home is great and the house itself is perfect for families with kids. We love it so much we are repeat visitors! The weather was a little chilly but didn’t keep the kids out of the canoe and on the lake. Beautiful views from sitting around the fire pit. All and all another great stay!

Amazing!

My husband, I, and our 4 legged children had a marvelous stay in early April! Though the weather was a little chilly it was perfect for wine tours and the off season. House was perfect, beach area was highly enjoyed as well and the attention to details and available amenities the house offered (bikes, blenders, ice maker, etc) Loved the attention to detail with the instructions and labels, we cant wait to come back. Also located on a lovely quiet street that is easy to walk the dogs or ride bikes.

Beautiful Weekend

This property was absolutely amazing for our wedding weekend! It was such a great stay from start to finish. I was able to have a quiet morning with my hair and beauty team, family dinners, bonfires, and our first look before heading to the ceremony. The house had plenty of items for hosting, even two fridges! Location is perfect being 10 minutes from Penn Yan, had plenty of parking (which is hard to find on the lake!). I could go on and on with the benefits of this property. Please consider staying here. I will definitely be back!

Eclipse Trip

We went for the eclipse and while we were disappointed by the cloud cover, we did get the pleasure of a Keuka visit and our house was perfect for that. I can't think of a single problem or deficiency. We like the location on East Lake Road because it gives us a place to walk, run, ride a bike, etc. We also like the east shore with its view of the sunsets.

Peaceful and serene

We booked this property with another couple. The property is just as described. Steve was very responsive to any questions we had before our arrival and gave us many suggestions of where to hike and eat. He was in touch with us after we checked in to see if we needed anything. The lake views are amazing. The use of the kayaks were an added bonus. The location is an easy drive to many beautiful hiking and walking trails as well as wineries. The foliage was just changing and it was beautiful to watch the changes each day. It was a wonderful stay.

Idyllic Lakefront Location

Our group had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There was a lot to do in the area (who knew that the Finger Lakes is wine country?!) but we spent more time than expected at the house, because the view of the lake is so beautiful! The kayaks and SUPs that come with the rental were a lot of fun. The property was spotless and communication from the property manager was excellent, including not just instructions for how to use the premises, but also tips for fun places to eat or visit in the area. One of the best parts for us was that the rental is dog friendly, so we were able to have our dogs with us. (They enjoyed the lake, too!) We would definitely stay again and recommend to any group looking for a clean. comfortable stay in a beautiful waterfront location.

Everything We Hoped For!

This amazing property exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The owners thought of absolutely everything one would need and made our stay so enjoyable. Steve was so responsive to any questions and made sure all of the details were taken care of and communicated. The lakefront was perfect with a great dock and fire pit as well as paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make delicious meals. There is a great laundry room with an extra refrigerator to allow for stocking up and less trips to the grocery store. The gas grill was fabulous and easy to use. We cannot recommend this property more!!!
