We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host (Heather) was always very responsive — answering all our queries within a few hours and making communication easy and smooth. They were prompt in providing all the necessary details before and during our stay, which made the experience very convenient.The house itself is a great place for a friends or family get-together. We were three families (7 adults and 5 kids), and there were enough beds and amenities to comfortably accommodate everyone. The space was well-maintained and well-equipped for a group stay.Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to add locks to the bathroom doors for added privacy. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay!

close to Santa's Village

Nice place. Good for families. The only thing to know is that if you have very small children there are sort of separate parts of the upstairs. You might want to bring a baby monitor. But if your kids are older than toddlers it might be ideal! Very convenient for Santa's Village.

New Hampshire get away

Property was very nice, unfortunately it was very hot without air-conditioning or box fans. Ceiling fans in every bedroom wasn't enough. Bring a grill brush if you dare to use a discusting grill. Despite a couple of issues we had a great time being with our adult children and our 2 year old grandson. We would do it again, just needed to plan a little better.

Great Family Ski House

We stayed as a family for a few days. 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space for a large crew to spread out. Less than 15 minutes to Bretton Woods Ski area.

summer trip

we were a party of 12 and had enough room for everyone. the outdoor areas were spacious and had enough seating for everyone. they had enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and anything else you could need! the house was clean and beautifully decorated. we would definitely stay again!!

Family weekend

We had a great time on our family weekend. The house was perfect for us and we loved the layout of the house. The owners were very helpful and everything was as advertised. We hope to be back again! Thanks for helping start a new tradition!

Great location for Santas Village in a quiet neighborhood

Three families of three stayed here with plenty of space. There were two two year olds and one three year old staying and they had a blast with some of the nice open space the home provided. The yard was also great for them and the road nice and quiet to ride their bikes. 20 minutes to Santa's Village, which was the reason for our stay. We would definitely keep this spot in mind in the future!

Great place, quiet, good location

Very clean 4 bedroom house secluded on a very quiet road in Twin Mountain area. Nice kitchen, all you need, fire pit, grill. We loved hanging out on the front porch. Location is excellent just minutes from Bethlehem and Littleton,and also close to Breton Woods area. We hiked, dined, strolled, saw a concert. I’d love to come back to this area.

Summer Vacation with the Family

First Vrbo rental, and couldn't have been happier. Spent a week here with my wife and son, sister-in-law and her two young kids, as well as all the grandparents. Lovely, clean home, plenty of space, great location (we made day trips to Clark's Bears, Story Land, and Santa's village; all 35 minutes or less!). Hosts were wonderful and provided great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property, No AC, No Fans, Undisclosed Camera Views

If you are going during summer and it happens to be warm up there, bring fans, as there are none and there’s no ac, which isn’t in the initial listing. There’s also unusual camera placement outside that can see more than the front door due to huge floor to ceiling windows, which allow them to see inside the home. This was not included in the listing as required earlier.

Such a great space! Comfortable seating and beds (and lots of both throughout). Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of dining space. Host was very responsive. Quiet location surrounded by woods. Nice TV in family room, plenty of games, storage space by front door. Except for one bathroom, everything seemed quite clean.There are two queen beds in separate bedrooms up stairs by the front with a bathroom between, and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds below those with attached bathroom. At the back, a master suite with a king bed plus a daybed with trundle and an extra mattress with another bathroom.We did encounter a very few issues that made a minor impact on our stay. The grill was filthy and would not light, though we tried changing the propane tank. A few non-essential items were broken upon arrival or not working well.

This was one of the best experiences we have had! The home is amazing! Plenty of room for the whole family. This home has everything you need for a home away from home! We had so much fun! The house met our needs regarding space. We were a family of six adults and two children. On the first floor there was a bunk room with two sets of bunks. On the second floor there were two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the dining room table was more than adequate for our group size. The back section of the house included a large family room on the ground floor and the second floor was the master suite with a trundle bed that was easily divided into two twin beds. There was a huge yard, with a fire pit and chairs. The back deck had a large table and chairs for outdoor dining and the front deck was covered seating. Be sure to bring firewood for the fireplace and the fire pit if you plan to use either. Do as much of your grocery shopping ahead of time as you can, the closest grocery store is about 25 minutes away.The host was easy to communicate with, and provided adequate information regarding check-in and checkout procedures. There were a couple of concerns we had that we personally contacted the host with. She was very responsive.

Family vacation 2025

We had 8 adults, 3 kids (ages 2, 4, & 11), & 1 teen. We loved the set up of the house, the design, the space, especially the dining room table! The 3 full bathrooms were amazing for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the backyard and back deck with large table. We also loved the living room being big enough for the whole family! The covered front porch was also perfect. However, we were a little unhappy that it was still left a little dirty. The carpet was BARELY vacuumed. The bathroom mirror had smudges on it, shower needed to be wiped down again, I swept the carpet and TONS of dirt came off. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was loose & everytime you sat, it moved & your butt was on the rim of the toilet. The dumpster there was very full by the time we got there & was so smelly for 4 days till the garbage truck came. We couldn’t even open the windows at night bc the smell was pretty bad. I texted the owner & she apologized & told us they will be there on Monday, which we very much appreciated! Disappointing though, since we love the clean, chilly weather at night. Lastly, the downstairs bedroom was pictured as 1 bunk bed and 1 futon, but it was actually 2 bunk beds. I understand that’s a pro for other people. We just weren’t prepared for that. Overall, we would stay here again and we do recommend this house to other people! (We hope those minor issues get fixed) :)

Great stay

We had a great stay here! 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Close to santas village, echo lake, etc. Would definitely stay again.

We are a family of 4. My husband and I have 2 kids. We love to use our ski house with our friends. Our favorite mountain is Bretton Woods and if our house is booked we will still come up for day day trips.

Why they chose this property

This property has so much space. As the reviews suggest it is much larger than the photos portray. We often visit with 3 families. The kids bunk in the kid room and all the adults get their own rooms.
The house is fully equipped with more kitchen equipment than you could ever need. Including extra items in the laundry room. It is the perfect ski house in the mountains.

The unique benefit is that there are 3 full bathrooms. This is a rare find.
