The St. Regis Resort is showing its age. Did not realize that so much of the beach was lost over the years.

Great condo. We enjoyed the views and the amenities offered. Our unit wasn’t the cleanest, some bugs were spotted. Reported to seashore. One bedroom stayed very warm despite keeping blinds closed and small fan on all day. Overall a good stay.

North Topsail 2024

This was our second time staying in the condo. We could see a few improvements from last year. Love the location of the St Regis and the condo. The only thing we noticed was a little mold in the master shower. Overall, the place is beautiful, with a great kitchen, large master shower and great views from the balcony.

A Wonderful Surprise

Wow! What a wonderful surprise!!! I was unsure about the view since it was further back than we had ever stayed before…but you couldn’t have asked for a better unobstructed view! Such a nicely updated unit…beautiful! And the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. My husband has back trouble and never usually sleeps thru the night…but slept like a baby in that bed. We had a wonderful getaway! Hope to stay here again!

2023 North Topsail Trip

Loved the condo and its location. Rooms were clean and the St. Regis is our favorite place to stay. The only issues we had were the living room blinds. The wand was broken when we arrived. It was reported to Sea Shote Realty, but was not fixed while we’re there. Also, instructions for the tv would have helped, but we figured it out. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and would definitely stay there again.

Week Vacation Turned into a One Night Vacation

We checked in at 5:30pm on Saturday June 08, unpacked and had dinner. I was woken by a phone call from my daughter and she said the twins are not waiting and she was heading to the hospital. The twins were ten weeks early. So, I hope the travel insurance that I paid for via the online rental will reimburse us for our one night vacation. However, we liked what we saw and we would rent your unit again, hopefully for an entire week.Rich & Gloria Fulcher

A good stay overall

The condo itself was modern and clean. The view of the pool and beach/ocean was nice. We liked being on the top floor for the views and having no one above us. The condo has all basic amenities needed in the kitchen, ice maker in the freezer. The property has 3 elevators in each building at different ends of the building to accommodate the location of all condos. The buildings and property on the outside appear worn down. Elevators have broken tiles, and don’t look well maintained. The condo itself was nice so that wasn’t as big of a nuisance. The ice cream and coffee shop was nice to have on the property and they sell bags of ice. The pool gets very crowded. There is a snack bar at the pool. There looks like there used to be a bar area by the pool but is no longer in use. The walk to the beach is doable but a little tough if carrying beach gear for the whole family. Definitely bring a cart or wagon. The beach is nice; Not a lot of shells or rocks and stays shallow at low tide so you can walk out pretty far and not even be waist deep. There isn’t much in the area. You have to drive 10-15 minutes to Sneads Ferry for groceries or shops or 20-25 minutes to surf city. Overall we had a nice week at the beach in this condo that was more affordable than an ocean front home with a pool.

relaxing Topsail

This was the best vacation we have had in a while! We loved Topsail. It was beautiful and the condo was wonderful. We will definitely be returning for another vacation. Loved being out for lodging and 10 minutes away from stores and restaurants.

Great stay

The property was great. Clean, organized, nicely decorated. Only complaint would be water heater was weak and we all keep bumping our knees on the bedroom beds in both rooms. Not sure why. Beautiful, comfy beds but bulky I guess.

Updated Unit with Amenities

We were surprised to arrive to an updated property that was different from the photos in the listing! The decor and furnishings are new and modern! Loved it! Appliances are newer/updated. A/C worked great! Wonderful ocean front view. Nice pool and beach with onsite food options. We definitely recommend this property and would love to stay in North Topsail again!
