2-bedroom condo on North Topsail Beach with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean

Your beach getaway awaits at this fantastic 2-bedroom condo in North Topsail Beach. With a king bed in the master, and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a rollaway bed also. This cozy retreat offers a soothing escape for guests.

The floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with Whirlpool brand appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Counter appliances include an electric can opener, blender, bagel sized toaster, and combination 12-cup drip coffee maker / single cup-Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with tools to prepare a special land or sea feast. There are five bar stools at the counter and seating for four at the dining table. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, potholder/oven mitts will be provided for your stay.

In the living room there is a flat screen wall mounted TV, a comfortable sofa, and papasan chairs. Various books, and games are located under the TV. Throws are also provided. Sliding doors open to the private balcony with two bar height heavy duty chairs and one side table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and North Topsail Beach.

“Treasures at the Beach” can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests (per Fire Marshall’s Code). The unit contains two bedrooms located on either side of the living room, each with balcony access. The master includes a king size bed, (linens/pillows located in the closet), mounted flat screen TV, and full master bathroom. The second bedroom includes one twin size over full bunk with a twin-size trundle bed, mounted flat screen TV, and balcony access. Across the hall is an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Sheets, blankets, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors are provided for all beds including the roll-away twin bed. Each bathroom will be provided with at least four bath towels, four hand towels. and eight wash clothes.

An apartment sized stackable washer and dryer are located across from the kitchen. The following items are provided to help you jump start your vacation: Dishwasher pods (2), laundry pods (2), soap in each bathroom, bath tissue (2 rolls for each bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (2), and dish detergent (1). Please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets. DO NOT FLUSH SAND, BABY WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, FEMININE PRODUCTS, etc.

AC set at 68 or above, heat set at 74 or below. Keep doors closed due to humidity. Upon Departure please clean and put away dishes, take out all trash (trash shuts are at the end of each breezeway), and clean out refrigerator/freezer. Place dirty towels in bathrooms and leave used bedding in bedrooms. Place parking and pool passes back on key hook at the door.

Cleaning Fee $150.00 per stay. Leave the sand on the beach! Because the cleaning crew charges extra fees for excessive sandy floors, etc. in the condo unit!
