Excellent location and loved our second stay on the boat…..note may want to replace the coffee machine as it leaks when you use it but what a fantastic place to stay and would thoroughly recommend it…..

Fantastic property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - views are stunning and we found it a very relaxing holiday. The bed in the loft was extremely comfortable after working out how to get in it…. Local beaches are a stone’s throw away as are local shops and a fabulous patisserie/boulangerie I am sure we will be back

Perfect base to explore Morbihan

We loved our stay in Guidel Plages; the sea loft was the perfect base - You can be on the beach within 30 seconds and 2 minutes to bars, restaurants and shops. The boat itself is extremely clean and well presented; everything that you could need and little extras too. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

Une nuit originale sur ce lodge boat bien situé, mais l'expérience reste très mitigée au vu des prestations.Les points positifs :Hôte réactif : Très facile à joindre, il nous a gentiment permis d'entrer dans les lieux deux heures plus tôt que prévu.Emplacement : Le cadre et la localisation du logement sont très agréables.Les points négatifs :Accueil décevant : La première note trouvée à notre arrivée manquait de convivialité et concernait une relance administrative erronée pour des frais déjà traités sur la plateforme.Propreté à revoir : Présence de toiles d'araignée et pommeau de douche moisi.Manque d'équipements : Aucun livret d'accueil pour s'orienter, pas de sac poubelle à disposition, et le mot de passe Wi-Fi fourni ne fonctionnait pas.Départ précipité : La femme de ménage est arrivée dès 10h, ce qui a précipité notre départ alors que l'annonce indiquait un départ possible jusqu'à 11h.En résumé, le concept a du potentiel, mais la gestion et l'entretien ne sont pas à la hauteur

Wunderbare und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Hafenlage. Parkplatz immer in der Nähe gefunden. Alles super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge-Service lief über WhatsApp reibungslos. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig einen guten Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und diverse Lokalitäten. Der kleine Strand ist 30 Sekunden entfernt und auch auf dem großen Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten.Der GR34 geht direkt am Boot vorbei. Die direkt am Anlieger liegende Kanuvermietung können wir nur empfehlen.Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir:1. Eine kleine übersichtliche Infomappe auf dem Boot hätten wir hilfreich gefunden mit wichtigen Infos zu WLAN, Besonderheiten der Toilette, Standort des Sicherungskasten (uns sind abends manchmzdoe Sicherungen rausgesprungen, wenn zu viele Lichter angemacht wurden), etc. Diese Infos mussten wir etwas suchen oder per WhatsApp . Alternativ wäre ein persönliches Treffen mit dem Concierge-Service möglich, die den ankommenden Gästen die Unterkunft erklärt.2. Ein bisschen mehr freier Stauraum wäre für uns hilfreich mit vier Personen hilfreich. Fast alle Schränke sind bereits belegt und es gibt eigentlich nur auf der oberen Schlafebene in den Schubfächern vom Schreibtisch und im Badezimmer etwas Stauraum, um Kleidung etc zu verräumen. Das hat uns etwas gefehlt.Aber insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben sie schon vielen Bekannten weiterempfohlen. Und auch wir kommen gerne wieder!

C'est comme dans un petit bateau, le WC est un sanibroyeur donc le papier doit être jeté à part, ce que l'annonce ne précise pas. C'est au fond du port, donc l'eau autour n'est pas toujours propre. Pour le reste pas de problème.Habitation originale et somme toute confortable.Mais le prix nous a semblé excessif pour la prestation.Nous n'avons eu strictement aucune explication par la souriante concierge.A nous de tout deviner sur le fonctionnement des appareils.

Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions pour les futurs voyageurs : Le WC est bien un sanibroyeur, comme dans de nombreux petits bateaux, et il fonctionne normalement. Le papier doit effectivement être jeté à part, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune question ni demande d’explication de votre part pendant le séjour. Nous restons toujours disponibles pour accompagner nos voyageurs, à condition d’être sollicités. Concernant les appareils, tout fonctionne comme dans une habitation classique. Là encore, aucun message ne nous a été adressé pour signaler une difficulté ou demander de l’aide. Pour ce qui est du prix, il reflète le caractère unique du lodge, son emplacement en bord de ponton, ainsi que les prestations proposées. Les tarifs sont alignés avec ceux des hébergements atypiques de la région, et varient selon la saison et la demande. Le lodge se situe au port, ce qui fait partie de son charme et de son caractère atypique ; l’environnement peut varier selon les moments de la journée ( marrée basse & marrée haute ). Schönes Hausboot

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot. Tip Top sauber, für Familie mit 2 Teenagern vielleicht etwas klein aber machbar. Die Lage ist besonders, kleiner Strand mit Strandbad, Kajakverleih und Jetski nebenan. Großer Strand mit Atlantikgefühl fußläufig. Gute Infrastruktur im Ort, toller Bäcker und gute Restaurants. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Des vacances au top sur l’eau

Superbe loc confortable, bercée par le rythme de la Laita. La plage est à 30 secondes à pied, commerce et resto à 5 min et les alentours très sympas à visiter. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement !

Séjour le rêve sur l'eau

Très belle expérience de vie dans un port de plaisance, cadre vraiment super qui fait passer les quelques petits désagréments liés à la disparition de quelques objets sur le pont
