In this mansion, which was renovated in 2017, ancient and modern elements were skillfully combined. The result is modern architectural highlights and cozy stone walls, large, high-quality rooms with lots of flair and every comfort.
This holiday home is located on a particularly spectacular section of the coast, just a stroll away from the picturesque fishing port of Doëlan and the seaside resort of Le Pouldu with its three wonderful sandy beaches. The small beach bay of Porsac'h is just below the house, the next large sandy beach is the Plage de Kérou in front of Le Pouldu, which can be reached in 1500m.

Kurz gesagt, für uns war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Haus, Einrichtung, Lage, Grundstück….und das Wetter war auch perfekt. Erstes Mal in der Bretagne, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.

Très belle propriété

Très belle et spacieuse propriété récemment rénovée avec des matériaux de grande qualité, et une superbe vue mer et jardin. Maison très bien équipée, manque juste un petit bureau pour télétravailler un peu plus facilement. Sans aucune nuisance avec la mer à quelques mètres, idéal pour se ressourcer au calme et rayonner entre Pont Aven, Concarneau et cette magnifique région entre Finistère et Morbihan. J'ai hâte d'y retourner pour un prochain séjour.

Zum zweiten Mal in Clohars-Canoet

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, nach einem coronabedingt fehlgeschlagenen Versuch 2020. Die Betreuung durch Frau Minor war perfekt. Ebenso - wieder - das Haus, in dem wir schon 2019 zwei Wochen waren. Ein geschmackvoll renoviertes und umgebautes Haus mit großem Garten, innen diesem Standard entsprechend eingerichtet. Sauber bei der Übergabe. Keine Gebrauchsspuren, nichts abgewohnt. W-LAN vorhanden, aber nichts für Videokonferenzen und ähnliche Ansprüche, für den „Hausgebrauch“ im Erdgeschoss ausreichend. Unser erstes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Gärtner und Eigenwerbung der Architekten (Carré Architecture in Pont Aven) auf deren Homepage. Die Reaktion der Betreuung auf Probleme - Gasflaschen des Kaminofens mussten ausgetauscht werden - war schnell. Lage zum Küstenwanderweg perfekt, Restaurants zu Fuß in beide Richtungen nach ca. einer halben Stunde. Für alle Besorgungen ist Auto erforderlich, die Kehrseite der besonderen Küstenlage. Anfahrt zum Schluss etwas „rustikal“, der Frontspoiler meines Wagens hat es aber überstanden. Ausflüge im Bereich zwischen Quimper und Vannes ohne „Weltreise“ möglich und - natürlich - lohnend. Gerne wieder.

Séjour absolument parfait!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison absolument confortable et accueillante. Rien à redire! Tant sur la propreté, la fonctionnalité, et la déco de cette maison. L'accueil sur place a été à la hauteur des prestations. mention spéciale à Valérie et à sa disponibilité :) Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Maison avec une superbe vue. Spacieuse, confortable, très bien aménagée. Nous y avons séjourné entre amis. La disposition des chambres nous a permis de respecter l'intimité de chacun et la pièce à vivre de nous retrouver pour de bons moments. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour de belles promenades en bord de mer
