Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with roll-top bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Nexpresso machine with coffee pods, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, CDs and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent, additional fuel can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars including private driveway. Bike and canoe storage. Large enclosed private front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ plus enclosed side and rear garden. Fantastic area for birdwatching, badgers and other wildlife are also in the area. Glyndwr's Way can be accessed from the rear gate. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The River Banwy runs through the owner's grounds where guests are welcome to fish but please enquire with Severn Rivers Trust if a licence is needed, children to be supervised at all times. The property is eco friendly provoding eco friendly dishwashing tablets and there is a septic tank. Note: Sloping ceiling in single bedroom.
