Welcome to L'Autre Bout de Toit, a charming residence of character where the cachet of Burgundy stone is combined with the comfort of a refined contemporary renovation. Classified as a Meublé de Tourisme, this cocoon of tranquility is the ideal starting point to explore the prestigious Route des Grands Crus, Beaune (8 km away) and the treasures of Burgundy.
Nestled in a quiet environment, the accommodation is just a 5-minute walk (550 m) from the centre of the village of Meursault, its shops, renowned restaurants and famous wine estates.
The Accommodation & Your Spaces
In the courtyard, you will find a small table with 4 chairs to enjoy a moment outside. A room is also at your disposal for selective sorting, as well as a technical room to store bicycles. In the same space there is also a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack.
The accommodation is located at the top of the stairs. The entrance opens directly into a functional and fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob, oven and microwave. All the necessary crockery is provided, as well as coffee, tea, sugar and basic spices.
At the back of the kitchen, a corridor leads to the different rooms of the accommodation. To the left, after a step, is the bathroom with toilet and XXL bathtub. Towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer and a first aid kit.
To the right of the hallway, (2 steps) you will discover a small reading area with two armchairs and a small coffee table, ideal for relaxing.
The accommodation has two bedrooms:
A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a desk and a small piece of furniture.
A second bedroom with a king size bed, a clothes rack, as well as a TV area with a 4-seater sofa and an armchair.
The television is equipped with Netflix and Prime Video for your relaxing evenings. A fan is also available in the accommodation. Internet access is free throughout the cottage.
Sheets and towels are provided, washed and changed at each stay to guarantee you a neat and comfortable welcome.
