A charming, end-terrace cottage on the owner's working farm, near Skipton, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Please note This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights with check in on either a Monday and Friday.
Katy's Cottage is a stone-built, country cottage, forming part of a group of four holiday properties on the owner's working livestock farm, a few miles from Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. With three bedrooms, each with TVs and en-suite facilities, up to six people can stay. There's also a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sun room and there is a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is a front, enclosed private patio garden with furniture and BBQ along with a shared clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers. Katy's Cottage is a delightful holiday home for a Yorkshire break, with walks from the door. Please note: From January 2026 check in will now be on a Friday, please contact Sykes with any questions. On Saturday, 6th June 2026, there will be a wedding reception taking place in the amenity building behind the property. Please note: on 06/06/26, there will be a wedding taking place behind the property.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front enclosed private patio garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Due to the property being set on a working farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside (can be off leads in private garden). Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden.
