Family House

Family House is a large and spacious apartment of 200 square metres recently renovated, just a few metres away from "Via Roma" and 150 meters from the longbeach of Cefalù.

On the first floor with elevator, Family House features a wide and bright living room with flat TV, a completely furnished kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, a little laundry room with washing machine. There are also 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with french bed (slightly tighter than a double) and 3 bathrooms (1 with shower ensuite, 1 with shower and 1 with bahtub).
Air conditioning (heating/cooling) is in the living room and in all the bedrooms.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

Perfect location

Close to beach and close to the old city where you find all the restaurants. Some minor problems in the flat which was fixed immediatly when we contacted the agent. Good communication with the agent before we arrived. Highly recommended flat

Everything was wonderful other than a miscommunication - in the US, air conditioning means cold air. Since it was in the 50s during our stay, I told him we didn't need the air conditioner. We soon realised air conditioner also means heater. Be aware of this when they ask if you'd like to pay the extra for A/C! Other than that everything was perfect.

Location, Location, Location!

The location was great close to the beach and the historic area. Walking distance to the grocery as well as locally owned stalls. Sergio and his team were a delight. There were a couple of things re the property that needed tending to which I called to the attention of Giovanni. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Will be recommending this property .

Extraordinary apartment & location, can walk to everything.

My family loved staying here. Terraces with a view of the sea, 5 great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large front room, a terrific kitchen. An easy 1-block walk to the beach, easy walk to the "old" town (filled with excellent restaurants). The property managers were easy to reach & helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

A large and spacious apartment close to both the beach and the town centre.

The property is light and spacious, with all mod cons and everything you will need for your holiday. A well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook, but with many lovely restaurants nearby, there really is no need. Air conditioning (in lounge and all bedrooms) was modern and very efficient. We were a group of 5 friends (one couple and three singles), each could therefore have their own large double bedroom, with a spacious lounge/diner for socialising after a day at the beach. A much better option for us than separate hotel rooms. Excellent service from Sergio and the team at Cefalu.net Highly recommended - would definitely stay there again.
