Schitterende villa met veel rust

De villa lag op een prachtige locatie, alleen jammer dat je echt een auto nodig hebt om naar het strand/ dorp of de winkel te gaan. Gina was een goede host, bij aankomst was de koelkast gevuld met drank en fruit op de fruitschaal. Verder was ze goed bereikbaar voor info/vragen. 1 punt van feedback: er is geen airco op de beneden slaapkamers en je hoort daar het geluid van de generator uit het berghok erg goed

I am sorry I can't understand your language, considering we have been communicating in English during your holidays. Thanks for your words about me, our warm welcome and help during your stay. We like to make our guests feel at home. Normally our guests come in the villa to stay away from confusion for relaxing holidays in the middle of nature away from smog and ask position and distances before or check on the map. As far as air conditioning in the rooms it's the fresher part of the villa, but I accept your advise and will put it there before next summer, while central heating is already there. As far as the technical area, at the end of summer we had already contaced someone to moove it away from the villa, because we realised the new watering system for the garden has created problems. The technician has found a new position in the garden away where to place it. Feedbacks are usefull for upgrading the property and guests can always help you in this.

Villa molto bella e confortevole. Vista bellissima sul mare ed il sole al tramonto. Dispone di un ampio patio esterno con divani, poltrone, tavoli vari, ping ping, etc. Vi è inoltre una cucina esterna con forno e zona grill molto funzionale. Giardino molto bello e curato. Anche l'interno è molto accogliente. Ampia zona soggiorno con cucina e sala da pranzo. Quattro camere da letto ognuna con il suo bagno (due di queste al piano superiore con aria condizionata). Siamo stati in 8 e non abbiamo mai sofferto la mancanza di spazi. Consigliata vivamente. Grazie Roberto

Maison très agréable, propre, jardin luxuriant, vue sur la mer, le vrai plus : la terrasse immense La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible L'endroit est idéal pour partir avec des enfants ( jeux , jardins, 2 chambres enfants ) grand confort car chaque chambre a sa salle de bain l'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de cefalù , palerme, le parc des madonies, les iles éoliennes bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ( 2 couples et 4 enfants ), je recommande vivement cette location PS ; la seule petite chose manquante serait un lave vaisselle

Wonderful villa with all conditions for an unforgettable holidays

The villa is located in a calm area and has a lovely garden and surrounding balcony to enjoy it. The house is big enough to host 4 couples without overstep. There are enough beaches and supermarkets 10min away by car. Gina receive us with an warm welcoming and during our stay was always available for any needs related or not with the villa. Totally recommended!

Super location

Nous étions 4 personnes à séjourner sur Palerme pour une semaine à partir du 23 juin 2017. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Palerme pour les visites, se restaurer. Le marché est à proximité et nous y avons fait des courses avec ravissement. La location était parfaite très propre. La terrasse est merveilleuse. Nous avons eu un accueil super chaleureux avec tous les renseignements utiles pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Perfect place, perfect hosts

We were very pleased with the villa and our hosts made our stay perfect. The garden was wonderful and we enjoyed barbecues in the evenings. The house is spacious and in very good condition. The view was fantastic! We loved it and hope everybody else will.

un havre de paix

Beau coup de coeur pour cette propriété adossée sur les hauteurs de Céfalu ! Tout d'abord , les propriétaires sont trés sympathiques et ils nous ont donné beaucoup de de conseils et d'information sur Cefalu et sur le Sicile. Dans la maison : Chaque chambre est aménagée en "suite" avec salle de bains attenante. La pergola est trés agréable et ouverte sur un bel espace. Le coin grillades et surtout les éviers extérieurs , c'est top ! Les petits ilots extérieurs " détente " permettent de s'isoler ... et il y a un sympathique point sportif avec une table de ping-pong. Le jardin tres coloré avec vue sur la mer est magnifique . La grande terrasse à l'étage permet d'apprécier le coucher de soleil ! Enfin, cette maison permet de retrouver le calme et le bonheur d'être ensemble pour finir la journée autour de grandes tables, aprés les balades dans les environs (dans les montagnes de Madonie) et ou le bouillonnement des villes . Une adresse à recommander !

villa splendida e lontana dal caos caos cittadino, posizionata in una delle zone più belle di Cefalù. eravamo in dieci casa comodissima spaziosa e molto funzionale, fantastiche le nostre colazioni sotto il patio dove vedi la montagna e il mare. consigliatissima porteremo questa vacanza nel cuore, grazie dai ragazzi del master in management politico del sole 24 ore

La maison et son environn...

La maison et son environnement sont tout à fait conformes à la description sur le site. Nous avons notamment été très agréablement surpris par la surface extérieure couverte qui permet de disposer d'un coin agréable quelque soit l'heure de la journée. Le jardin est immense et bien arboré ce qui assure une belle tranquillité. Cela a un prix car les premiers magasins et surtout le centre de Cefalu sont assez éloignés et la voiture s'impose pour le moindre déplacement. La maison avec ses beaux volumes est très agréable à vivre. La terrasse à l'étage permet de profiter de merveilleux couchers de soleil à l'heure de l'apéritif. Il n'y a rien à redire en terme de propreté, le seul bémol étant le manque d'équipements au niveau de la cuisine (ustensiles, poêles,...). Par contre le barbecue est parfait et avec un peu d'apprentissage, on aurait pu s'improviser pizzaiolo avec le four à pain extérieur. Nos hôtes, à notre arrivée, ont été particulièrement disponibles et de bon conseil.

"Casa bellissima, molto bene attrezzata, spaziosa con un grande giardino pieno di piante, una vera oasi di colori e di pace. Eravamo 10 persone ognuno di noi aveva i suoi spazi , la possibilità di isolarsi se lo voleva o di stare insieme nei diversi spazi o terrazze ben arredati. Villa Lantana ci ha accol...

Villa Lantana ci ha accolto con il suo splendido giardino mediterraneo e ci ha lasciato subito senza fiato...La villa ha un porticato attrezzato dove potersi rilassare e poter mangiare in un contesto di assoluta tranquillità. la Villa all'interno è molto grande: una zona soggiorno con cucina in muratura, 4 stanze da letto, ognuna che può contare di un bagno privato, una depandance in muratura esterna al corpo della villa con la quinta stanza da letto ed il bagno...Insomma una meraviglia poterla sfruttare per stare insieme (noi eravamo in quattro amiche) ma avere la possibilità della propria privacy! La terrazza nel piano superiore permette di vedere il mare...Un paradiso! Il proprietario di casa è stato gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutto e ci ha dato anche qualche buona dritta per i posti più buoni da "assaggiare" o da vedere. La casa era attrezzata con saponi, condimenti di prima necessità e non solo, acqua minerale e carta igienica nei bagni: stando pochi giorni, è qualcosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Essendo la casa isolata, in collina rispetto al paese di Cefalù, è assolutamente necessario avere un mezzo per spostarsi in autonomia. Un bellissimo contesto per chi ama pace e tranquillità e chi vuole essere a contatto con la natura

"E'' una vera e propria v...

"E'' una vera e propria villa, molto grande e ben arredata, ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno (che è un vantaggio notevole), il giardino è molto bello e anche la terrazza è ampia (dalla quale può ammirare il tramonto). Tutto molto pulito. La villa si trova a 5 minuti di macchina (3km circa)dal centro e dal mare, è situta su una collina, dove regna il silenzio. Insomma una location perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a cefalù, straconsigliata!! "

"Séjour enchanteur dans une maison vaste, confortable,pleine de charme,avec son jardin edenique - fleurs, arbres, grand patio ombreux, cuisine extérieure , tranquille, sécure pour les petits enfants,une terrasse à la vue superbe sur la mer Thyrénienne et ses couchers de soleil..Nous étions une famille sur 3 generations, dont chacune a trouvé sa place (1 jour à la plage, un jour en visite, Taormina, Agrigente, Piazza Armerina, Parc des Madonies....Merci à nos hôtes pour ce petit coin de paradis, et à la Sicile pour être si belle"
