Très bien situé. Commerce restaurant plage a proximité. Dans une impasse au calme. Terrain clôturé avec place de parking intérieur goudronnée. Terrasse au soleil et a l'abri du vent des regards. Très Bonnes adresse

Grand terrain entretenu et clos, parfait avec un chien, maison géniale, à 2mn de la plage, sans vis à vis, sans route à traverser. Ca restera un très bon souvenir.
