Very nice Norman house, very spacious and comfortable. The land is secure for children. You are 1km8 from the sea and in the countryside. In the village you have all the conveniences baker, butcher, tobacco newspapers and groceries etc ... You are 5 km from Courseulles port with the arrival of fish every day, a market twice a week Tuesday and Friday and very good restaurants. You have Arromanches Landing beach 10 minutes, 15 km from Bayeux its cathedral and its tapestry .... 35Km from Caen beautiful city with all its history the castle of Guillaume the conqueror, the Memorial. Lovely house in a great location

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious and well equipped house. The house is well located for exploring Normandy and particularly the surrounding history. The location is very quiet and we very much enjoyed the garden terrace and quiet evenings. Highly recommended.

Great location

Quaint house with great location to historic Normandy sites. It is not really waking distance to anywhere, but very easy with a car. Check in and check out are done in person, so make sure to allow for that, but went quickly and easily.

Highly recommended

Great location to reach all the D-Day beaches, very quiet and relaxing area perfect also for nice walks in the countryside and if you have pets. The house has everything you need and the villages around are lovely. It realle felt like home.

Clean, good size, nice garden, well stocked kitchen & dining area, good location in quiet village near new National D Day Memorial. Shower in bathroom very small & felt unsafe getting in and out, no wardrobe in one bedroom, no spare toilet rolls, drive ‘curvy’ & difficult to manœuvre car round: owner warned us about it on our arrival & I damaged side of car - will be an expensive repair.

Tout d'abord merci beaucoup pour le 3 j'en avais jamais eu en 12 ans de location Pour l'armoire dans la grande chambre aucune utilité vous avez une très grande commode ainsi ainsi qu'une penderie. deuxième critique la douche trop petite vous aviez a disposition une grande baignoire avec douchette, ainsi qu'une grande douche de 140 cm dans une chambre. Ensuite pour le papier toilette vous aviez un rouleau dans chaque W.C. ou avez vous vu que l'on fournissait des rouleaux pour tout le séjour. Quand a votre voiture je suis désolée, un homme averti en vaut deux, et il faut se servir du rétro. Moi par contre je trouve incorrect de faire attendre Catherine plus de 2h30 s'en vous s'excusez le jour et votre arrivée.et pas de merçi pour le plateau d'accueil.

Great house and a good location.

We had a great time in Ver-sur-Mer and really enjoyed this house. The master bedroom is lovely with a lot of light, and our two teenage boys enjoyed the other two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook, and the dining and living areas were spacious and comfortable. Be aware, however, that even though the "amenities" section says that linens are included, you will be charged an extra fee per person to have sheets and a cover. We were also surprised that there was an extra cleaning fee that was not included in the price of the house. The fees for linens and cleaning need to be paid in cash upon arrival. The unexpected extra fees and needing to make our beds after arriving from a long travel day left a bit of a bad feeling. The house, however, is lovely and we enjoyed walking in the area -- about 1km to the little village or about 3km on a path through the fields to another village.

Je pense que vous etes de très mauvaise foi.C'est indiqué dans le contrat ainsi que dans équipements de la maison, ce que vous avez payé ne représente pas draps et couverture mais une parure complète couette linge de toilette et torchons pour la cuisine et nous changeons à chaque nouveaux vacanciers protèges matelas oreillers et traversin ça représente énormément de travail et habitant a 800 km de la maison je le donne à faire.Je pense que vous avez trouvé une maison impéccable et irréprochable et pour celà 2 personnes font 3 heures de ménage chacune et ce que vous avez donné ne représente qu'une participation (145 m2).Vous n'etes pas obligé de prendre option ménage mais vous devez laisser à la maison dans l'état que vous l'avez trouvée.Rectification vous avez payé en partant et non en arrivant.Le fait de payer ne vous dispensez pas de vider les 2 poubelles de la cuisine et de nettoyer les W.C avec la balayette( pas très agréable).Vous ne dites pas que lorsque vous etes arrivés a 20h30, j'ai eu la délicatesse de vous offrir un plateau comprenant brioche,lait, confiture ,thé ,café et chocolat...Enfin j'espère que vous garderez un bon souvenir de la maison et de la Normandie.Quand vous etes arrivé il y avait un rouleau de papiers de toilette dans chaque W.C et du sopalin dans la cuisine et vous auriez du en remettre en repartant!!!!!

Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig. Es ist sehr geräumig, wobei das große Schlafzimmer richtig luxuriös ist. Die Betten sind überall gut. In der Küche findet man mehr als man braucht.Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Das ist ein Vorteil der Kosten der Endreinigung (80 20 für den Hund), die man vor Ort bezahlt. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Toiletten innen liegen, keine Lüftung und kein Waschbecken haben.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und informativ. Die Betreuer sind telefonisch und per Mail erreichbar, allerdings ist die angegebene Nummer vom Festnetz und SMS nicht möglich, was man vielleicht wissen sollte.Wir hatten zu fünft eine sehr schöne Woche und können das Haus empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Besteck, nur der im Inserat aufgeführte DVD-Player war leider nicht richtig funktionstüchtig. Die Terrasse ist schön zum Sitzen, der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Man kann u. a. Grill, Tischtennisplatte und Fahrräder nutzen.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir: Für uns persönlich war der Geruch im Haus leider unangenehm.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund unterwegs. Das Haus ist seht gut für Hunde geeignet, da ein grosser Garten vorhanden ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage bietet sich für verschiedene Ausflüge sehr gut an.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen :)

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem Haus sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht ist da, auch sehr bequeme Liegestühle. Die Betten sind prima und die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin und das Paar, das sich vor Ort gekümmert hat waren auch sehr nett und bemüht.

Ein in allen Belangen vollständig eingerichtetes, geräumiges gutes Ferienhaus im normannischen Stil am Ortsrand an der Durchgangsstraße nach Crepon, abends und nachts aber ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Schöne Außen-Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück.. Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Tschtennisplatte. Wir können das Haus empfehlen. Kleiner Mangel: keine Waschbecken in den beiden WCs.

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Normandie mit drei Kindern und Hund. Dieses Haus war für uns zwei Wochen ein richtiges Zuhause. Gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt, mit schönem eingezäunten Garten, ideal für Kinder und Hund. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern.

Très agréable sejour

Très agréable maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, au calme avec une très jolie vue sur le coucher de soleil le soir. La propriétaire très à l'écoute , et Catherine et son mari qui vous accueillent, sont très sympathiques et sont de très bons conseils. La maison, qui dispose de grandes commodités est bien entretenue et dispose d'une table de ping-pong, plusieurs tv et même jeux de société. Elle est au coeur des plages du débarquement qui sont faciles d'accès sous une trentaine de minutes. La mer est a 5 min en voiture mais accessible à pied pour une promenade. Le mémorial britannique très proche, est à voir absolument. Le soir, les couchers de soleils sur la plage de ver sur mer sont magnifiques. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour que nous recommandons pour le repos et la memoire historique de cette partie de la france, un temps le centre du monde libre. Belles vacances...

Maison agréable calme et bien située

Nous étions un groupe d'amis venus pour visiter les plages du Débarquement. La maison est agréable, très calme, bien équipée et bien située pour les différentes visites (à moins d'1 heure de tous les sites). Un accueil parfait par Catherine et son conjoint : disponibles, propreté du logement, lits faits à l'arrivée, linge en quantité, la propriétaire est aussi attentive à ce que le séjour se passe bien. Bref un excellent séjour !
