Come and enjoy a holiday in the mountains, in the pretty village of Flumet, a friendly village resort right in the heart of the Val d’Arly. Situated at the rear of the residence in a quiet spot, with a magnificent view of the mountains, this 23 m² studio comprises a dining area, a kitchenette, a sofa that converts into two single beds or one double bed, a sleeping area separated by a curtain with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and a bathroom with a bath. Shuttles run from the foot of the residence to the ski slopes. Private outdoor parking. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are available at an extra charge.

The studio:
Practical with plenty of storage space, it is laid out as follows:
- Dining area with a table for 4 guests
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets
- Sofa that converts into a pull-out bed (160 x 200 cm), TV
- Sleeping area separated from the living area by a curtain: double bed (140 x 190 cm), storage space

Outside:
- Balcony with mountain views, approx. 3 m². A table and two chairs in summer.
- Private outdoor parking

Ski slopes:
Free shuttle buses during the season to the ‘Les Evettes’ ski slopes, 3 km away.
Other resorts: La Giettaz 6 km away, La Clusaz 15 km away and Megève 10 km away

The flat is situated in the heart of Val d’Arly, a village resort with the charm of a small mountain hamlet, boasting a truly lively and vibrant village centre where locals and visitors mingle happily. Lovers of culture and local life will be delighted: a medieval church, charming narrow streets, local specialities… as will those who love winter sports and breathtaking views, all under the watchful eye of the majestic Mont Blanc.

All the village’s shops are within walking distance: bars, pubs, grocery shops, delicatessens, tobacconists/newsagents, bookshops, gift shops/souvenirs, regional produce, delicatessens, hairdressers, wellness centres, bakeries, jewellers, restaurants, butchers/delicatessens, sports shops, local producers, farm shops, and a self-service launderette.

Nestled between the Beaufortain and the Aravis range, between Megève and Albertville, the flat is ideally situated just a stone’s throw from the slopes (185 km of skiable terrain) and the lake.
- Flumet in winter: it is a medium-altitude village resort with a ski area linked to the heart of the Espace Diamant, offering a total of over 185 km of slopes. A slalom course, a boardercross course, toboggan runs, themed snowshoe walks, a ski school, Yooner, Snowscoot…
- Flumet in summer: it is a tourist hub on the Route des Grandes Alpes and the starting point for numerous excursions and hikes. The Val d’Arly Mont Blanc boasts 30 FFC-certified mountain bike trails, 300 km of signposted hiking trails, a lake equipped and landscaped for swimming, as well as play areas and picnic spots. Tennis, volleyball and football pitches, river fishing, a climbing wall, a mini zip line for children...
