Excellent appartement près de toutes les commodites

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l’appartement en Juin 2023 avec 3 jeunes enfants. Tout était parfait. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et à tout ce qu’il faut. Il est aussi juste à côté de plusieurs lignes de bus, à 20 minutes à pied du centre d’Aix et également à proximité de multiples commerces dont 3 boulangeries à pied. Les propriétaires étaient très arrangeants et ont répondu à toutes les questions rapidement. Enfin l’appartement est au calme et dispose aussi d’un parking sécurisé pour une voiture. Je recommande fortement!

Bon plan

Appartement en très bon état, propre et très bien équipé, sans clim mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. Le quartier n'est pas terrible mais le bus, qui s'arrête à trois minutes de l'immeuble, conduit rapidement au centre d'Aix, ou même à Marseille.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement était parfait pour nos 3 jours sur Aix. Parking facile dans la résidence. Accès direct à l'autoroute. centre ville d'Aix pas trop loin.

Séjour professionnel

De passage à Aix en Provence pour un colloque de trois jours nous avons apprécié : - l’état général du logement ( propreté , équipement, literie) - le parking sécurisé - la communication avec le propriétaire, - la proximité du centre ville ( 20 mn à pied) Par contre, nous regrettons que l’annonce ne précise pas que le logement se trouve au rez de chaussée surélevé. Malgré la chaleur, nous n’avons pas pris le risque de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Par ailleurs, notre séjour coïncidait malheureusement avec une période de travaux nocturne.
