Aix-en-Provence, Mazarin district: magnificent loft!

Exceptional New York loft, in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.

Located a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau, in the heart of the historic city centre of Aix en Provence, this loft is located on the 3rd and last floor of one of the most famous private mansions in the city.

Completely renovated in a very New York style, this loft will seduce you for its volumes, its unique style, the views on which its windows open, its three bedrooms and the general atmosphere that emanates from the place.

The apartment is in the centre of everything, so you have the Mignet car park at the end of the street and a multitude of restaurants all around, from fast food to Michelin stars!

For lunch or dinner, I recommend the Grillon on the terrace or Mood. It's better to book, especially for the evening. There is also a very good restaurant called Côte Cours. A bit expensive, really good. But our favourite, by far, remains De l'Une à l'Autre, rue du Cancel. Pierre-Louis will welcome you like kings! All these restaurants are a stone's throw from the loft, on foot.

There are 3 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with double beds. There are 2 bathrooms. Linen is provided: towels, sheets etc ...

The entire apartment is accessible as well as the common areas such as the entrance hall, the majestic staircase, the large courtyard. These are shared with the neighbors so respecting the instructions is important.

The loft is on the 3rd floor of a thirteenth century mansion, so plan to climb the equivalent of four floors (90 steps in all from the courtyard), there is no lift obviously.

It is not at all suitable for partying indoors but there are so many places around that you won't be bored!

The 3 most important instructions most important ones:
- Do not park in the courtyard, the spaces are private
- Beware of the noise on the stairs, it resonates
- There is a neighbour on the floor below, you have to respect her quietness
