Sehr netter Kontakt zu David. Er ist immer fĂŒr einen da bei Fragen. Das aus liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht mit einem Naturstrand. Alles was man zu leben braucht befindet sich im Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

On a passĂ© une quinzaine magnifique en famille dans cette maison les pieds dans l’eau. La maison est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et se situe agrĂ©ablement entre CargĂšse et Sagone.

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben an einem kleinen Strand. Das Nachbarhaus hat die Terassen auf der anderen Seite und somit gibt es genĂŒgend PrivatsphĂ€re fĂŒr beide HĂ€user. Im Haus ist alles was benötigt wird. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und können das Haus wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Strandhaus direkt am Meer

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am naturbelassenen Strand. Wenn man Ruhe sucht und gerne in der Natur ist, dann ist es perfekt. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass der Strand naturbelassen ist, sprich, Seegras ect ist nicht gerĂ€umt. Haus selber hat die einen oder anderen Reperatur nötig, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Man muss sich bewusst sein (uns war das nicht klar), dass Endreinigung nicht inkl. ist. Entweder selber putzen oder dann vor Ort ReinigungsgebĂŒhr bezahlen.

Idyllisches Beach House in bester Lage

Das Haus ist so wunderbar gelegen! Ein traumhafter mediterraner Garten. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, 2 schöne LiegestĂŒhle und 2 kleine Clubsessel. Am Strand ist man sozusagen gleich. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem der KĂŒhlschrank und das Gefrierfach sind ausgezeichnet und modern, auch die Waschmaschine ist top. Das Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas ist wunderbar und hat eine tolle Aussicht nach Westen, wenn es mal regnet oder stĂŒrmt, ist es sehr gemĂŒtlich. Ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein winziges Außenfenster, dafĂŒr ist es im Sommer dort schön kĂŒhl. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei große Fenster und eine AußentĂŒr. Das Badezimmer ist direkt an das 2. Schlafzimmer angeschlossen. Es gibt WLAN, das ist nicht das Schnellste aber ausreichend, Filme streamen geht aber nicht wirklich. Telefonnetz gibt meist nur vorne am Strand, das Haus selbst hat aber einen Festnetzanschluss. Die nĂ€chsten SupermĂ€rkte sind jeweils 5-7 km entfernt, entweder in Sagone oder CargĂšse. In der NĂ€he gibt es noch zahlreiche weitere tolle SandstrĂ€nde. Ein Fluss zum Baden in den Bergen ist ca. 1 Autostunde entfernt. David ist ein toller Gastgeber und war per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben schon wieder unseren nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Schönes Haus am Meer mit Sandstrand

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und David stand fĂŒr Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung - Konversation in französisch und englisch. Das Haus bietet sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Sonnen- und Schattenbereich. Außerdem liegt der Strand praktisch vor der TĂŒr. Das Meer lĂ€dt zum Baden und Schnorcheln ein. In der Umgebung existieren viele Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten.

very idyllic and the picture is true...

... you really walk to the back of the nice garden, through a small gate and right onto the rather secluded beach! The hosts are nice, the house is clean and well equipped, and apart from the slightly special layout (you have to pass through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom) it is really lovely. Although close to the road, and thus easy to reach, you hear surprisingly little of the trafic.

Des larmes dans les yeux

Cela fait 11 ans que nous louons cette maison. Si nous laissons notre pĂ©riode (derniĂšre semaine de juillet et premiĂšre d'aoĂ»t) c'est que l'ami avec lequel on loue vient d'acheter une maison non loin. Cette maison : "la Cassett'a" donne accĂšs au luxe d'avoir le frigo Ă  50m de l'endroit oĂč on se baigne dans la mer. MĂȘme chose pour la douche. Quant Ă  ceux qui aiment la plongĂ©e, le paradis est juste lĂ  devant la maison. Pareil pour les pĂȘcheurs qui voudraient taquiner la" Vieille". Les enfants peuvent se baigner mĂȘme les jours oĂč la baignade pose des problĂšmes ailleurs. Pour ceux qui prĂ©fĂ©reraient une salle de bain grandiose par chambre, c'est Ă  Ajaccio, mais c'est 10 000 € de plus... Merci Mr Multedo pour ces merveilleuses annĂ©es.

Nous venons de passer une semaine exceptionnelle dans une maison exceptionnelle ! En ce qui concerne les commentaires liĂ©s Ă  la salle de bain et au confort des chambres ... certains sont bien exigeants. Quand on a l'occasion de profiter d'une si jolie maison avec une telle vue, un tel calme et un tel confort sur les terrasses , un si joli salon, une cheminĂ©e fabuleuse et la possibilitĂ© de prĂ©parer ses repas sur un barbecue de folie, il faut arrĂȘter de chercher le nĂ©gatif. Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux. Allez y vite ...

LA CORSE magnifique, puisque l'on y retourne Attention aux belles photos de location et aux maisons non labellisées !!! Déçu par l'état général de la maison, car une cuisine sympa et une belle véranda, cela ne suffit pas... ll faut un confort dans les chambres et salle de bain !!!! L'exposition de la maison, Rien à dire, une petite plage pratiquement dans le jardin !! Jardin : manque entretien

PARADISIAQUE

Un pied Ă  terre pour amoureux de la nature. Un havre de paix, l'impression d'ĂȘtre seuls au monde. Un bonheur que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© pour notre lune de miel. Une maison tout confort, les pieds dans l'eau. Se rĂ©veiller avec le bruit des vagues, s'endormir en entendant le chant des grenouilles. Mieux qu'une thalasso, reposant et magique.

Nous avons louĂ© en juillet 2010...Qq prĂ©cisions: salle de bains des annĂ©es 70, WC ds celle ci et passage obligatoire par 1 chambre pour y aller. 1 des chambres a 1 minuscule fenĂȘtre sinon elle s' appellerait placard. Nous avons eu la visite de gros rats.Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s de nettoyer la vaisselle avant usage. Le terrain est 1 friche avec plein de gravats et la douche exterieure encombrĂ©e de dĂ©chets. Bref bcp trop cher malgrĂ© la situation sur la plage. Avant de louer demander absolument des photos supplĂ©mentaires!

Situation trés agréable;le salon,les terrasses,la cuisine sont joliment refaits. Un petit bemol pour la salle de bain.. Mais nous y avons passé un sejour reposant et en gardons plein de jolis souvenirs!!
