Great hosts and great location!

Fabriano and Paolo were wonderful hosts of the property. Took very good care of us. There is construction going on in the area but that is the case for all of Playa. Close to 5th avenue but far enough away from the high traffic areas. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Clean, convenient and centrally located

The hosts were very responsive. The apartment was centrally located near 5th ave - a busy pedestrian street with plenty of shops and restaurants that leads to the beach. We found street parking nearby and there were groceries and convenience stores as well. Pool and washer/dryer a big plus.
