And with a panoramic view of the sea <br>The house is very pleasant to stay in—warm and relaxing—set in a 1,200 m² garden. It’s decorated in a style that blends modern design with wood accents. It features a very bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, raclette machine, garment steamer, ...) that opens onto the living room, where you’ll find a family dining area and a cosy corner with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV (with a wide variety of French and international TV channels), and a wood-burning stove—perfect for enjoying lovely evenings by the crackling fire. You’ll also find a bedroom with one double bed and a flat-screen TV (with a wide variety of French and international TV channels), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and one sink, and a separate toilet. You’ll also find a small bedroom adjoining the master bedroom with a bunk bed—a real treat for the kids. Of course, there’s plenty of storage space in every room of the house. The living room opens through its floor-to-ceiling windows onto a very pleasant and spacious terrace of approximately 15 m² with an unobstructed view of the sea. It is furnished and equipped with patio furniture, a table and chairs, a shade awning, and sun loungers that you can move around as you please—whether you prefer sun or shade—since there’s another small terrace on the other side of the house, in front of the entryway veranda, where you can enjoy the large, private 1,200 m² garden.<br> Of course, a Weber grill is available for you to prepare delicious grilled meals <br>The house is very functional and very well-equipped.<br><br>Bedding and towels are provided, and the beds are made for your arrival.<br> All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay. <br>In a quiet location just 300 m from the beaches and the GR 34 hiking trail, you can fully enjoy walks, water sports, relaxing, and the many traditional festivals.
