Welcome to Kutuk 211, a spacious condo with room enough for the whole family! The main level boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area with plenty of seating, and a sunken living room warmed by a gas fireplace that opens out to the shared, furnished balcony overlooking the creek. And when you're not cozied up inside your condo, take advantage of the many on-site community amenities which range from a BBQ grilling area and firepit to hot tubs, underground parking, and complimentary ski lockers.

Steamboat with family

After my daughter’s wedding in Boulder, we enjoyed relaxing in SB. The condo was nice and cozy and close to ski lifts. Loved the shuttle service. Will recommend anyone come here if looking for excellent food and beautiful atmosphere. Hope to be back!

Winter wonderland

Lovely condo. The night we stayed it was snowing. We stood on the balcony listening to the creek and looking at the beautifully decorated trees while the snow was falling. Then we enjoyed pizza by the fireplace. It was nice having a bath with each bedroom.

Very nice stay with plenty of room

We stayed during the summer and very much enjoyed the stay. Location was right by the mountain and had more than enough space. Beds were great, kitchen was clean and fully stocked, plenty of bathrooms and a great seating area to hang out. The view off the deck was not great, but that is a minor ding. The view is basically the back of another building and a small stream. We didn't sit out there because of it, but we left the windows open and the stream gave it a great mountain feeling due to the sound. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful, but one left a lot to be desired. Location avoided the downtown craziness during the summer and was a good place to stay with kids. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it if looking for somewhere in Steamboat.

Loved Our Stay!

My mother, rented Kutuk 211 for our family and my Mother-in-law rented Kutuk 212 for hers. We were in Steamboat for our post-dated/post-Covid wedding celebration. It was great to have such big and cozy spaces that were connected via a balcony, so we could go back and forth between them with ease. It was just us, our parents, our siblings with their significant others, and our BFFs. It’s was great that every room had its own bathroom! The front desk attendants were always helpful and accommodating as well!

This truly is a great place use as a Base Camp for the whole family while enjoy all the great outdoor activities Steamboat has to offer. Lots of space for multiple families or groups to stay together while still able to escape to their own space within this roomy condo at the end of the day. We found this nicely updated condo well equipped with all the accommodations you would expect.

Girls Ski Trip

This condo is perfect for a getaway! I came with 3 of my friends for a ski trip and had the best time in this vrbo! It was very spacious and clean. Only downside to this vrbo is that it is not ski in/ski out. Overall, we had a great experience!!

We all enjoyed the condo. The location was terrific, bus service was very good, the condo was very spacious. The only negative comment is that we did not have a change of towels all week. I expected to have at least one towel change mid week. Other than the towel service, everything was great!!

We had a wonderful mini-vacation.

We had a wonderful mini-vacation in Steamboat after my daughter's wedding. The Shuttle service is excellent! Love how close we were to the new gondola and shopping - All the beds and and accommodations were amazing. Only thing to know is that there is no elevator.

Wonderful location, exactly as beautiful as the pictures

This wax a very comfortable condo for 6 people. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Right at the base of the mountain, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The onsite management was top notch.

We particularly liked unit 211, the owners did a great job decorating! Only complaints: We had to buy aluminum foil, spices, herbs etc. would be great if you left the basics in the cabinets

Good place and great location.

First thing you notice is the location. It's right by the gondola. It was also really nice to have a garage for my vehicle. The condo itself was perfect for my group. They all loved it. The unit we were you could tell was updated compared to a couple that we saw the inside of. All the rooms were nice. The staff was super nice and polite. My only complaint was some of the kitchen utensils. The knife set was near unusable. I understand a nice knife set isn't going to be available in most spots but we couldnt even cut our steaks. It's a very minor issue. The fridge was very nice and large to fit all our food and beer in. I would definitely recommend this spot and if we do something like this again I would definitely look into staying in the same place. Thank you Jake Romero
