In Boucau (a town bordering Bayonne) in a quiet residential area, this 120 m2 single-storey house offers all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. It is ideally located to discover the south of the Landes and the Basque Country. Easy to access from the A63, you will be located less than 4 km from the first beaches of Tarnos (metro and beach), 10 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from Biarritz or Hossegor or less than an hour from San Sebastian in Spain and the inland Basque Country with its typical villages. Nearby, you will also have access to all amenities; Carrefour shopping center open every day (Sunday morning included), Intermarché, markets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacconist, newspaper, cinema, etc.

The house consists of:
- 2 large bedrooms, sleeping 160x200 with cupboards and possibility of adding '1 baby bed;
- 1 children's bedroom with 2 or 3 beds in 90x190 (1 bunk bed + 1 bed);
- 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and bathtub;
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin;
- 1 living room dining room;
- 1 large fully equipped open kitchen;
- 1 laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer;
- Fenced garden without vis-à-vis with terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and deckchairs;
- 1 garage for storing bicycles, surfboards, etc. ;
- Private parking in the courtyard of the house and 2 outdoor spaces.

On the comfort side, household linen is provided (sheets, towels, napkins, dish towels) as well as equipment for the maintenance of the house (broom, vacuum cleaner and household products). The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player and free WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Rental conditions:
Rental available by the week or fortnight.
Arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m.
Departure on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the latest.

The house is non-smoking and our pet friends are not allowed.
