Superb T4 apartment 300m from the Grande Plage, with parking and surf room!

The apartment is located on a quiet street with free parking, close to the Grande Plage and shops (5 minutes from the Saint Charles area, 10 minutes from Les Halles). It has just been renovated and offers all the amenities you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher). You’ll also find a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment also features a TV and internet access. The bedding in the bedrooms is new, and linens will be provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). The apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets. You’ll also have access to a shower room outside the apartment (located in the building’s lobby), where you can shower after returning from the ocean or store your beach gear (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.). Two additional notes: The 170-euro service fee covers the cost of linens as well as in-person check-in and check-out assistance provided by a concierge service during the summer months. A “standard” cleaning, just like at home, must be performed before departure to ensure the apartment is returned in the same clean condition as when you first arrived (trash tins emptied, refrigerator, bathrooms, toilets, and floors clean, dishwasher emptied, bed linens removed, etc.). During school holiday periods (July, August, All Saints’ Day, Christmas, winter, and spring), reservations are for a minimum of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.
