Welcome to Torian Plum Creekside 412, a favorite of vacationing families no matter the season simply because of its ski-in/ ski-out access and sweeping views of the Steamboat Ski area. The generously sized kitchen is outfitted with stainless style appliances and has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals or entertaining visiting guests. In the living area, the plush armchairs and couch area perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV. Enjoy the natural light and spectacular views of the ski area which are perfect for watching skiers or mountain bikers make their way down the resort. Or better yet, head out onto the private balcony for some fresh mountain air. Plus, the Xbox will provide endless entertainment for the little ones to enjoy.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Spacious condo with a great location. We loved the ease to the ski mountain. Pool and hot tubs were nice. Only problem, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Wonderful ski condo

We came to steamboat this year with a few friends. The condo was perfect! It was very convenient to the slopes and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back soon!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was incredible. The teens could come and go to the slopes, grab a bite of food at Slopeside, or go to the pool. Adults loved having a short, convenient walk to multiple restaurants. Getting on the slopes was a breeze!

Nice stay in steamboat

This was a very nice condo in a good building very close to the ski area. Only downside was all the mountain construction traffic starts outside the window every day at 5:30 am and even with them closed you wake to the sounds of heavy construction equipment. Other than that we loved it and would definitely go back

The condo was in a great location, very well stocked, and excellent response from management!

We loved our week of vacation in this condo! It’s located conveniently at the base of the mountain and had all of the amenities we wanted. The manager Janeth was very quick to respond to any questions we asked. We were amazed at how well the condo was stocked with items such as salt and pepper, dish soap, Kleenex, paper towels, humidifiers, etc.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE TORIAN PLUM

Our annual trip to Steamboat with my Cross Country girls was a great week of mountain hiking, running along the Yampa, swimming in the pool and the nice hot tubs, and many other activities in Steamboat! the Condo was clean, well equipped and in a central location with the Slopeside grill right next door for great food! White Christmas

My family just returned from staying at this unit for Christmas. It was absolutely perfect. This was my second time to stay in this unit and it was just as wonderful as the first. The condo is perfectly located with access to all things on the mountain. It was well stocked with everything we needed including coffee, filters, laundry detergent, zip lock baggies, trash bags, dish soap, etc. When I say well stocked, I don't mean trial size items for a one time use. There was more than enough of everything for the week we were there. That's a huge deal to me! It means more time to relax and do things I want to do on vacation instead of spur of the moment runs to the store to buy things. Thanks, Janeth, for everything. We're looking forward to Christmas 2017!!!

Torian Plum 412 for Christmas

The unit overall is very spacious. Vacasa does a good job of providing additional bedding and things that maybe needed (trash bags, detergent for washer, etc.). The shuttle service is wonderful in the evening hours and they even have a handicap shuttle as well. We were able to use their wheel chair during our durations. The condo has a few issues. The furniture needs some updating as the sofa slumps in certain places. The bathrooms are a little dated and the tub/shower in the master is hard to get in and out of. The heaters are a complete mystery and it took several attempts to get it fixed. The smart TV wasn't smart and when you call to get help, the number to call is a resort internet provider. We eventually figured it out but essentially the first two days could not watch Netflix or Prime. The facilities are great. Multiple hot tubs, ski lockers, and easy access to ski slopes.

Summertime in unit 412 Torian Plum

We stayed in Unit 412 on July 20 and 21st 2021. The unit is very nice and spacious and plenty of comfortable bed space. The 1 huge negative for this time of year is that this unit does not have any air conditioning and was unbearable from 9:00 am until midnight. It was so hot we cut our trip short. The other negative for now is the construction going on in front of this unit so the view was bad and with having to keep all the windows open the noise was bad as well. I am sure in Winter time for ski season this unit is great

Fantastic location

Booked this unit for a multi generational family vacation. We had both skiers and non skiers. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for everyone to enjoy. Great surprise once we checked in that we did not realize when we booked. At checkin we were told about the unlimited personal use of the shuttle service that you can use to take you to restaurants, grocery store, liquor store etc.

Perfect location!!

This place was a true ski-in ski-out, just a quick little ski to the gondola and ski village. A very comfortable stay with plenty of room. There are multiple hottubs so that worked well for staying apart during these Covid times. One thing I would say is that the ski locker is very small, we had 2 skis and 2 snowboards and we could barely fit those in there. We had so much fun and would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic Ski in / Ski Out Condo. Excellent Location!

I reserved this condo for a ski vacation with some friends from Boston. The preplanning was great, and Janeth (the owner) answered several questions very quickly via the VRBO messaging app. We arrived and the staff in the lobby was very helpful. Parking was free, and the complex had new hot tubs and an out door pool. Bonus! The condo was clean, three bed / three bath as promised. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything we needed. Couldn’t be happier with how close it is to the gondola and other ski lift. Plus its close to the Slopeside Grill which had great food. We would definitely come back!
