There is a King primary bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom with four modular twin beds could be arranged into any of 20 configurations and a TV. There is a second full bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. The sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity.

Great Winter Getaway

We had a great trip to Steamboat. The condo was comfy and well equipped. We enjoyed playing games at night, using the hot tub (an easy walk) and amazing snow. The gondola was an easy walk. It was nice to not have to fool with a shuttle.

Convenient ski condo with great outdoor space

This property was perfect for us. Great access to lower gondola for easy, quick skiing access. The condo was clean and comfortably housed our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Common areas were nice and spacious leading to games and movie time. Shared outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay again!

Family long wkend stay

Property manager was super easy to get in touch with via text. The place was super clean and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen so kids and I even got to make some banana bread during our stay. Loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Great location

We had never been to Steamboat and weren’t sure where to stay. This location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Wild horse gondola to get to the base of the mountain. The property was clean and well maintained. The only “cons” were that the building has no ski storage so you have to lug your equipment up and down three flights of stairs everyday (unless you store it at the base), and the building has very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors. But, those wouldn’t stop me from renting this place again!!

We selected this place because it was walking distance to the pickleball facility. It was nicely appointed. The hot tubs and swimming pool looked great but we did not have time to use. There is a lot of construction nearby as they are building across the street.

Very nice like new property. Short, level walk to Wildhorse Gondola or Shuttle (if wind hold). Equipment closet very nice extra. Outdoor hot tubs are short walk. Great Master, but 2nd bedroom mattresses could have been better. Especially for an adult. Thanks!

Place was perfect for our stay! Very clean and well organized. The owner has thought of it all! From all the kitchen essentials to games and books and bedding linens. We had everything we needed. Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable King size bed in master room with spacious bathroom. Bunk beds in 2nd bedroom were great for the kids. The access to the slopes was the icing on the cake! A short 2 min walk to the gondola took you right to the base of the mountain. Never any wait and so very convenient. A prefect “home away from home!”
