The Chalet Flocons, in fuste, welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends, in a warm and cosy setting, with all the necessary comforts. <br><br>Facing south, you can enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the Pyrenees from the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms. <br><br>It is ideally located a stone's throw from the city centre of Font-Romeu and all amenities.<br><br>The chalet is classified as a Meublé de Tourisme ★★★★.<br><br>Accommodation:<br>A stone's throw from the city centre, this new south-facing chalet will offer you an exceptional view of the Pyrenees and all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday.<br><br>Number of holidaymakers: 8 adults + 2 children.<br><br>On two levels:<br>The ground floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.<br><br>The ground floor is composed of a large living room, a kitchen and a master suite.<br><br>Sleeps: 4 double beds (140 x 190), 1 double bunk bed (90 x 190) + 1 baby bed, <br>Possibility of having 1 1-seater convertible armchair (80 x 180) for a child, on request.<br><br>The private garden is fully fenced. <br><br>The chalet has a terrace on each floor that will allow you to admire the views of the mountains.<br><br>The garage is available partly for the storage of equipment (skis and bicycles) (the other part being reserved for the owner).<br>3 private parking spaces.<br>TV in the rooms<br><br>The entire chalet is accessible as well as part of the garage for equipment.<br><br>The Airelles ski slopes are less than 10 minutes away by car (5 kms).
