We are located within walking distance of Gould's Inlet in the East Beach Neighborhood. This is an ideal place to bike or walk when you are not enjoying the beach or relaxing by the pool. Coastal Dream features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and we have a POOL!

THE SPACE
The kitchen is fully equipped for stay-at-home meals. There is also an outdoor gas grill for your use. The family room is comfortable with sofa, four side chairs and a 2-seat high top table.

* Primary bedroom beyond dining room. King Bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity. There is access to the outdoor patio. Samsung TV

* Guest Bedroom 1 at front of the home off the foyer: Queen Bed, connecting bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity. Samsung TV

* Guest Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed. Samsung TV

* Guest Bedroom 3 with 2 Twin Beds. No TV

Guest Bedroom 2 & 3 have a shared bathroom at the end of the hall with shower/tub combo and single vanity.

There is a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen in laundry hall for your use.

You will be supplied a starter of soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper supplies.

Note: maximum rental is 14 nights.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Great vacation

The house was large and comfortable. It was nice that tv’s are in all the rooms. Beach towels and chairs were on the property too. Also a convenient walk to the beach.

Wonderful house in a perfect location.

The house is equipped with everything needed. It is close to the beach and the pool is wonderful. The only comment is it would be nice to have some beach chairs and towels available for use.

Family Beach Trip

This was one of the most relaxing trips. Easy access to beach, a large area for gathering, both inside and outside. Accommodations were perfect for all of us. Quiet area without traffic throughout the streets.

This property was very nice and clean. Plenty of space, close to beach and Goulds Inlet. Only 5-8 min away from anything you need. Hosts were very hospitable and stayed in contact. Will definitely stay again when in SSI!

This was the perfect location for our family. On the Main Street, one block from Goulds inlet, walking distance to the other house our extended family rented. The pool was the perfect size and the house was clean and very comfortable. Alex was very responsive all through the week and even before we arrived.

Perfect location and layout!

Being a block from Gould's Inlet made it easy to walk to the beach with our wagon - no car needed! The house had plenty of room with the master tucked away on the back of the house and a wing of bedrooms and baths on the side for all the kids and grandkids! The large kitchen and great room gave us more than enough room. We also enjoyed the lovely pool out back!

Quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean, easy ride to the village center. Comfortable and surprisingly spacious home, handled 7 adults. Great pool area and pool. Clean. Had all we needed for cooking in and grilling out when we weren’t exploring the island.

Perfect location and spacious, updated home!

My husband, myself, and my two children(3 and 1yo) took our first vacation in over a year. We chose this home on SSI as it was drivable from our home and had the perfect combination of beach access and a private pool! We could not have chosen a more perfect home for our needs. Firstly, the location of the home is perfect. It is a short 3-5 minute walk from the home to the beach access down the street. The beach is spacious and constantly changing with the tides, which made it fun for the kids and I to explore each day. During the week we were there, the island was relatively quiet and we alternated between pool time at the house and beach time. However when the holiday weekend hit and the island was much busier, it was so convenient to have a pool at the home to swim at and not have to deal with crowds. Additionally, for those with young kids, it was perfect to have the pool at the home to play in with the older child while the youngest napped. The pool is new and beautiful and well-maintained. There are several poolside loungers and two tables with umbrellas outside. We didn't eat outside as it was quite hot the week we were there, but these would be lovely in slightly cooler weather. The house is far more spacious in person than it even appears in the photos. The living room furniture is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable pillow top mattresses in all of them. The master is extremely large and has plenty of room for relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking gear and utensils you could need and the fridge and dishwasher are spacious making storage and clean up a breeze. We had one small problem with one of the tubs not draining while we were there and it was promptly addressed and fixed by the management company without any hassle at all. The neighborhood is beautiful with a lovely residential feel. We went for nightly walks after dinner and loved walking through the beautiful tree-lined streets looking at the surrounding homes and beaches. Overall, this was the perfect location for our first family vacation in a very long time. We look forward to returning to SSI in the future and would love to stay at this home again!

Perfect Location

This property was much better than I expected. You never know what pictures are like in real life. It was perfect. Very close walk to beach even with a 1 year old and 4 year old and all their things. Home was extremely clean and very spacious. My only recommendation is to heat the pool, we had friends recommend that and I am glad we did. Pool is in the sunlight but would have been cold without heat. Manager was extremely responsive and we will absolutely book this again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location, East Beach, is perfect for families and is tucked in between a beautiful marsh and the ocean. For us, the house was perfect. The location is a 3 min. walk to the ocean and the marsh (with sunset views and interesting wildlife) is across the street. The house feels completely new (we watched the pool be installed earlier this summer). There is a large outdoor dining area and everything was very clean. Also, the property management and reservations were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. The size of this house was perfect for a multi-family vacation of 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was well stocked. Highly recommend this property for a lovely break.
