Superb house with heated pool in a beautiful garden

The property is completely independent. It is located in Le Rouret, a vibrant and festive Provençal village ideally located in the Cannes hinterland between the sea (15km) and the mountains. You can enjoy both seaside activities and many other activities (hiking, canyoning, treetop adventures, etc.).

The villa is situated on enclosed grounds planted with century-old olive trees with a remote-controlled gated entrance and a private heated swimming pool.

This magnificent, bright and comfortable new house measures 130 m² (each room is air-conditioned) on 1500 m² of enclosed grounds, featuring a heated swimming pool, a pool house with a plancha grill, and a large terrace in a garden planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean varieties. The house faces south and comprises 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite with a bedroom (king-size bed 180x200), bathroom with en-suite toilet and dressing room, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All bedrooms overlook the garden and pool! The whole house can be rented for 4 or 5 people (2 accessible bedrooms instead of 3).

We recently spent two weeks at this wonderful villa beautifully situated only 30 minutes from Nice airport and close to the popular destinations of Valbonne and Grasse. As tennis players, we also found many opportunities to access rental courts within 15-20 minutes by car, including the famous Mouratoglou academy.The villa was as advertised and very clean with ample room for the four of us (two couples) to vacation in total comfort. The heated pool was perfect for our needs and many fine restaurants were within walking distance or a short car ride, including a Michelin one star definitely worth the visit. The village of Le Rouret is charming by itself. We experienced great communication with the owner and everything about the logistics of the rental went smoothly. As frequent visitors to the region, we found that the villa was also great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Lovely French Holiday

We rented the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms. The house was spacious enough for our family (mum, dad and 2 daughters aged 16 and 17) the layout worked very well for us as the bedrooms are at each end of the house giving some privacy, with the main living area in the centre. A good kitchen and lovely big dining table made family meals and games a pleasure. Brigitte was welcoming and approachable. When we had a very minor issue, it was addressed very promptly. If our daughters are happy to come on holiday with us next year, we would definitely consider staying at the same house. Thank you.

Un séjour inoubliable et reposant mais ... trop court

De magnifiques vacances passées au sein de cette propriété d'une parfaite propreté et à l'agencement idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. Le seul moment de déception fut celui de quitter ce petit havre de paix ... Nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette jolie bastide où les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et très discrets durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Petit plus non négligeable : notre fille de 10 mois s'est baignée dans la piscine où l'eau était à 30 degrés grâce au chauffage de celle-ci. Nous n'étions que 5 et avions loué uniquement le rez-de-chaussée mais nous relouerons sûrement ce logement et avec des amis cette fois!

Une superbe residence!

La propriété est une construction neuve, très bien entretenue et d'une parfaite propreté. Piscine chauffée (25-26 degrés), arrosage automatique, air conditionné dans toutes les pièces: tout est conçu pour de vrais vacances sans soucis et dans le confort. Nous étions 12 pour célébrer un anniversaire de mariage (25 ans) et tous étaient ravis. La cuisine ouverte et la plancha permettent de préparer des grands repas pour tous et sans encombre. Le grand nombre de salles de bain/toilettes permet à chacun de vivre sa vie à son rythme. Cette région offre une foule d'activites a moins d'une demi-heure comme accrobranches ou canyonning. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil et discrète présence!

WE parfait

WE de regroupement familial pendant 3 jours qui a enchanté tous les participants. La maison est très bien agencée, spacieuse et permet à la fois d'avoir pour chaque couple son intimité et de se regrouper dans la grande pièce à vivre ou autour de la piscine (chauffée en ce début de saison timide). Très bien équipée avec beaucoup de verres, couverts (nous étions 11 adultes, 2 jeunes enfants et un bébé) et nous ne manquions de rien y compris pour le bébé (lit parapluie, chaise haute, poussette...). La maison est très bien entretenue et la propriétaire est à la fois gentille, discrète et très réactive. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !

Great place!

We had a very nice stay on the ground floor of the main house. The house was spacious and had two bedrooms both with bathrooms. All required equipment was available such as large fridge, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffeemachine. The best part was however the garden (situated South) so sun all day. It helped we were lucky with really nice weather. The garden had a poolhouse with a gas BBQ where we spent almost every night for dinner! The pool was heated but due to midnight temperatures and early season still very cold. This didn't stop our children from swimming each day though ;-). Room for improvement would be the decoration of the house and the garden furniture. Would recommend to spend your holiday here!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) bewohnten das EG des Hauses, welches inkl. OG für insgesamt ca. 10 bis 12 Personen ausgelegt ist. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, der uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die Angaben zum Haus waren absolut zutreffend und erfüllten unsere Erwartungen vollkommen. Das Haus und die Anlage waren in einem absolut sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermietern und uns war sehr positiv und sie legten viel Wert darauf, uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Wir besuchen das Haus sicherlich einmal wieder und können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent !

Très belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace intérieur et extérieur. Tout y est... : airs, grande cuisine, grand frigo, induction, micro-ondes etc... Chaque chambre avec son espace dressing et salle de bain avec WC facilite énormément la vie en groupe et/ou en famille. Le pool house est très approprié pour les bbq le soir en bord de piscine avec les éclairages de cette dernière et du jardin. Parking facile pour 4 voitures... (top en grand groupe). Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si soucis il y a. Nous étions 12 (10 adultes et 2 enfants la première semaine) et 12 également la seconde semaine (6 adultes et 6 enfants). La piscine chauffée est un réel grand plus même en été... A refaire sans modération !

Génial et Tranquille !

Nous avons réservé deux semaines de vacances au sein de cette maison entièrement rénovée et neuve. La maison et son agencement permet que chaque couple ou personne (re)trouve son calme et sa tranquillité. En effet, chaque chambre est munie de sa propre salle de bain, wc et dressing ce qui permet une vie en groupe plus agréable. Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 enfants (semaine 1) et 6 adultes 6 enfants (semaine 2) et chacun trouvait son espace intérieur et extérieur. Le coin Pool house pour des soirées BBQ - PLANCHA est parfait autour de la piscine éclairée et chauffée en permanence (même en été... :-)). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et réactifs à nos demandes (internet, piscine, etc...) mais aussi discrets. Nous réitérons les yeux fermés cette expérience au même endroit avec plaisir.

Des vacances paisibles

De très belles vacances en famille dans cette villa tout confort. Les chambres sont spacieuses, neuves, lumineuses et aérées. L'extérieur est parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est chaude quelque soit le moment de la journée :) L'espace barbecue était parfait pour nos soirées d'été. Il y a suffisamment de place pour mettre 3 voitures dans l'entrée. Le salon/salle à manger est suffisamment grand pour manger tous ensemble et se relaxer. Un plus avec les jeux de sociétés et livres à disposition! Enfin les propriétaires et le personnel d'accueil est très sympathiques et sauront vous accueillir comme il se doit pour bien débuter vos vacances. Merci encore pour ce très beau séjour au Rouret !

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison entièrement neuve. L’intérieur est spacieux, moderne et agréable à vivre. L’extérieur est bien aménagé entre la cuisine d’été, le jardin avec de superbes oliviers, la terrasse et la piscine. La piscine est chauffée et parfaitement adaptée pour les enfants puisque la profondeur est progressive. Le quartier est calme et tranquille. Une maison de vacances vraiment très agréable ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillants.
