Awesome views from multiple decks facing the ocean and beach, as well as one on the sunset side facing the salt-grass wetlands. Upgraded 300+ square foot deck facing the ocean! Shaded parking underneath the building. Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk right onto the sand, cruise on a short drive around the island or down scenic Bluewater Hwy or rent a golf cart and take it open-air on the dedicated golf cart path nearby.
