Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have a full load of towels please load in the washer and start. If you just have a couple then don’t start them.
Leave any beds used unmade and obvious that it was used.
Text me when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only toilet paper in the toilets due to septic. No bait in the refrigerator. Hose off sandy bodies when returning from the beach. ;-)

The balcony was perfect. It had plenty of seating and you can see the house from the beach. We brought our beagle and we could keep an eye on her while she slept in the shade on the balcony.

We enjoyed our visit! The house had everything we needed and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the view and our long walks on the beach.

Hey Kathryn I am glad you enjoyed your visit. But if it was a 3 minute walk to the beach then you must have been using the wrong ramp over the dunes as our walking bridge is directly across the street.

Relaxing time…

My wife and I had our 39th anniversary. The house was clean and quiet. The beach is only steps away. Restaurant/bar is only a few more with decent food and drinks. We’ll be back to this place again. Maybe in the fall, we’re looking forward to it.

Everyone liked where they slept and we spent a lot of time on The porch. The house was comfortable for the five of us. We had HEB deliver groceries from Lake Jackson and was convienent and helpful. The host responded quickly and made the trip very easy to manage. . Beach was great too.

Overall the house was fine , but it definitely needs a new sofa and I would have liked more explanation and information about the poor drinking water quality for that area.

Well Daniel if you read the text I sent you it tells you everything you need to know about the water, and clearly states do not drink it. I am sorry that you did not like the leather sofa. Leather is the perfect choice for a pet friendly rental.

Christmas present for the grands

The great-granddaughters gave up presents for a trip to the beach. Which I was very excited about because I personally wanted to go. As soon as they said that I got on the computer and found this wonderful house. John was so easy to work with. The location was perfect. The house had everything we needed. If you can believe it the girls swam every day. The weather was better than perfect for this time of year. John, I loved the way the house is laid out. Hope we didn't disappoint you because I wont to come back in the spring. Happy New year, June S.

Wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful beach. Maybe about 50-75 steps to the beach. There are two houses in front but you can see the waves between them while sitting on the deck. Very clean house. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom has its own tv which is nice if your kids want to watch something different. I happened to meet the housekeeper and she was very accommodating giving me sunscreen which we forgot to bring and mosquito spray. Also very interesting to learn how the recent hurricane Nicolas impacted everyone down here. It was nice to have a local person to talk with. I would love to visit again when the opportunity comes.

Awesome Host

Great location to the beach and beautiful property. The host was very easy to communicate with through the whole process. They even contacted us prior to our trip to remind us to bring bug spray! The bridge over the dunes does have stairs, so if you have a cooler or anything heavy, it is worth the $12 beach access to drive around to the beach. NOTICE....the beach is one way. I had no idea and now I have had the privilege of being pulled over by a cop in a golf cart. Overall experience was great. Would book again.
