Parking was great. Full use of garage. Perfect location with lots of room. Host was quick to respond. Kitchen has plenty of dishes but that's about it. Could use some TLC.

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. This was a great location if you wanted to spend time in The Gulch, on Broadway or visit 12 South. It was very easy to get an Uber and a short ride to each of these locations. The host was very responsive prior to our visit and with any questions I had.

This is a beautiful place. It is in a great location to explore the gulch, music row and downtown. Plenty of space. We had a few issues with the elevator not working during our stay, not having a garage door opener and a drain in the showers not draining BUT they were very responsive. They fixed the drain. They offered to fix the elevator (but not an issue for us except on check in and check out with bags). The garage door opener was a pain not to have but there was nothing that could be done during our stay. Overall, this was a really beautiful, maticulously kept property in a great location. The host is easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Place For A Nashville Getaway

Everything about this property was perfect for our family trip to Nashville. A short walk to the Gulch and Uber rides to all Nashville attractions. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the rooftop for a night cap. Will definitely rebook next time we come to town.

Community areas were outstanding - high ceilings and extra large main living room made our stay very enjoyable.Double couches were great for lounging and recovering when not out in Nashville.

Family Girls trip

This property is beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Everyone got good nights of sleep so they could enjoy the days and evenings on Broadway.

Birthday group to Nashville

The home was perfect for our large group. Many great features from all the spacious gather rooms to the amazing roof top deck. Large kitchen for entertaining and food prep. Great bedroom and bathroom spaces. Little walk to any activities but weather was good so the walk was nice! Definitely 5star! Would stay again

Parking area great. Clean. Balcony was nice. Spacious. There were a few things that were not working/missing, elevator, ice maker, hair dryer but we made due without them. The hose was extremely responsive.

Clean, comfy and great location

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. The house was lacking a few essential products like garbage bags and dish towels but the property managers responded promptly and made sure those items were delivered. We had a great time!

Amazing beautiful property!

This place was perfect - definitely a lot of thought went into the design and finishes in every room. Especially loved the outdoor patio with a TV to drink coffee in the morning. Walking distance to Broadway ~25 min or 5 minute uber ride. Can't wait to come back!

My family of 5 had a great and comfortable stay at this property in the gulch. Pictures are accurate. It’s incredibly spacious and quiet. Great location to walk around the gulch. Maybe 10 min stroll away. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Communication and flexibility with the host was best in class. Each of my kids enjoyed their own bedroom or floor. Was exactly what we were looking for for our stay in Nashville. The appliances were on the higher end, internet was strong. Only 13 min from the airport. If i were pressed for 1 thing to improve, maybe shower water pressure. Otherwise extremely happy and would recommend a wholeheartedly

The roof deck was amazing! The house was clean! 5 mins from nice restaurants! 10 minute walk to Broadway! The house was stunning from top to bottom! Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for 4 nights with family for my wife's 50th birthday. The place was just as described and we could not have been happier. The location was great as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants nearby and Broadway if you don't mind walking a bit. Neighborhood was orderly and did not feel unsafe at any time even walking back later. The elevator was fantastic as we had as my inlaws stayed on 3rd floor and didn't need to traverse the steps. Having access to a garage was also very nice. The host was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend.

Annual Golf Gathering
