Old Guys Birthdays

Ok, not that old, just four high school friends and spouses turning 60. And stayed over CMA Fest weekend. Amazing location, wonderful loft. The Karaoke was a major hit and with windows open we could hear the music from around town. Loved this place and will definitely be staying there again!

Best Stay EVER!

Back for a second time! This penthouse is fabulous, zero detail spared! All the little touches make this place an excellent stay. Host communication is great as well! This would be a great place for a large group to stay with tons of room. It was just me and my husband, but we love the comfort of the home and the ease to get to surrounding venues and Broadway. Will never stay at another place in Nashville - Can't wait to be back for a third stay!

Luxury Penthouse- Elevate your Nashville trip!

Absolutely perfect! If you want to elevate your Nashville trip, definitely book the absolutely beautiful Songbird! We enjoyed the comfort, amenities, view and conveniently close walk to Broadway! Definitely the most comfortable beds and so fun Karaoke stage! Me & my girls loved the private code access elevator right into the penthouse! They thought of everything in this rental and are very responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend!!

A photo op around every corner! The decor and design of this loft condo is second to none-except maybe the Velvet Vault condo downstairs! We rented both for our large group! You will not regret booking this exceptional luxury penthouse. Every room is feast for your eyes! Easy access to Broadway or Titans Stadium. Quiet street entrance and easy elevator arrives right into your haven! So much fun!

Wow!

Bigger in person and every detail of this place was well thought out. Decor was very impressive. Stage was great along with karaoke machine and guitar. Sonos sound system was a plus while hanging out. Each room was perfect! Laundry room, iron and a steamer - awesome. Easy access to the building and elevator right to the loft. Quick walk to Broadway. 24 hour pizza place down the street and multiple breakfast options very close. Would stay again for sure. Great place.
