Exactement ce que l'on cherchait !

Un hébergement comme décrit dans l'annonce, une literie impeccable, une cuisine extérieure très opérationnelle et très agréable à vivre ! (petit déjeuner avec les oiseaux ) Un extérieur magnifique et très bien entretenu par Jean-Francois. L'accueil et la communication avec Laurence et Jean-Francois a été parfait, ni trop ni trop peu et surtout présent dés que besoin de quoi que ce soit !Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Tartane.

Loger pas cher mais pas bon

Points positifs : secteur calme ventilé jardin agréable avec oiseaux. Points négatifs : logement dans son jus avec claustras en guise de yfenêtre, déco a revoir ou a faire carrément, barbecue inutilisable (pris par la rouille rempli de cendres). Rideau separant entre chambre et salle de bain et WC. Joints évier a refaire car s'émiette. Pas de porte serviette. Plusieurs cintres rouillés, le rideau sur la claustras côté chambre n'est pas assez long donc le jour entre ainsi que tout insecte....a part ça la propriétaire n'accepte pas les remarques et son mari quand il récupère les clés, n' adresse pas la parole tout en parlant avec son téléphone ! Il faut un minimum pour accueillir même pour un mini prix mais là très peu d'effort a été fait.

Location sommaire, le ménage pas parfait, la décoration est à revoir et en plus pas de climatisation... Il y avait bien un appareil HS, vu l'emplacement il faudrait faire réparer la climatisation, c'est indispensable.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette location. calme, reposant avec une terrasse donnant sur un bel espace vert où l'on peut admirer les plantes et les oiseaux. Accueil agréable. Il pourrait cependant y avoir une amélioration au niveau vaisselle et petits électroménagers ( cafetière , bouilloire, grille pain) . location que l'on conseille.

Logement simple mais correct, hôtes sympas et arrangeant sur les horaires. nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la chambre du fait d'être au sous sol même pas besoin de la climatisation. Une bouilloire dans la cuisine serait un plus pour moi.

Séjour superbe

Pour nos deuxième vacances à Tartane (super village authentique de pêcheurs avec des gens souriants et accueillants) , nous avons séjourné chez Laurence et Jean-François, des hôtes agréables et attentionnés (merci pour les accras). Les deux appartements sont situés au rez-de-chaussée de leur villa tout en gardant l'intimité de chacun, puisque la famille utilise une entrée séparée. Nous avons séjourné avec un couple d'amis, chacun chez soi, tout en restant très proches. Petit coup de cœur pour l'appartement n° 1 qui donne sur le très beau jardin avec ses colibris et autres oiseaux. L'équipement est simple, mais largement suffisant pour passer de bonnes vacances avec de grandes terrasses ombragées. La location se situe dans le lotissement de la Distillerie, très calme, au bout de la baie de Tartane, à 200 m à pieds de la très belle plage de la Brèche et à environ 10 minutes à pieds de la boulangerie en passant par la plage. Génial le matin !!! Merci Laurence et Jean-François, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Gorgeous View, wonderful location

This was my favorite place to stay in Martinique. I wish I had stayed there the whole time. There's a hammock on the porch, and the view is just beautiful. The owners were very kind, and it was clean, well stocked, and bright. I loved this rental.
