Detached house with above-ground pool, in the countryside in the heart of the Madiran vineyards. Fully renovated cottage with a contemporary interior. Ground floor: Entrance/storage room (washing machine). Living area comprising: - Kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and oven) - Dining area with bar stools and a fold-down coffee table - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi internet access). 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room, separate WC. 1 cot. First floor: - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) each with an en-suite shower room. - 1 separate WC Beds made up for your arrival. Towels not provided. Electric heating is extra. Private enclosed grounds of 6000 m². Private above-ground pool: 5 m x 3 m x 1.10 m deep. Covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Shared courtyard and carport with the adjacent gîte (ref. 124052).
