Beautiful fully renovated apartment of 30 m2. Located 50 metres from the beach with swimming pool and private parking - studio cabin type - for 4 people maximum. Ideal for a couple. On the ground floor of a small building of 2 floors. With views of the garden, the pool and the sea. Not overlooked. In a quiet environment and close to nature.<br>Equipped with: 1 very comfortable sofa bed (Poltrone Sofa) (200X140), 2 bunk beds in the cabin. a washing machine, a TV, 2 tancarvilles, a large shower, a spacious and very well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle...<br>At your disposal: 1 parasol, 2 deckchairs such as a beach chair.<br>Nearby: just next door 4-star hotel "les Bulles de mer" open from May to October with spa, balneotherapy treatment, hammam, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant.<br> A supermarket and a restaurant 100 m away (from April to October)<br>A small shopping centre 1 km away open from April to October.<br>A cycle path allowing you to go to the port 2 km away (30 minutes on foot) in complete safety, the quays of the Marina des Capellans on the Lagoon side 20 m away for a beautiful one-hour walk or fishing. Hikes along the sea to the mouth of the Tech or even beyond. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine au sein de l'appartement même si celui-ci est très chaud. Très bien accueilli dans un appartement très propre et fonctionnel.
