Our cottage Au Petit Bonheur is a semi-detached house of 85m2, classified 4*, in a luxury residence "Les Hautes Folies" in Vaux-sur-Mer. <br>With its three bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people and a baby. It is tastefully decorated and has a pleasant terrace and an enclosed garden not overlooked (ideal place for your dog).<br>It is a non-smoking house; only dogs under 20 kg are allowed.<br><br>You will have 2 private parking spaces and a collective car park. <br>WIFI is available free of charge (fibre internet box present in the accommodation).<br><br>A communal swimming pool and a large shaded park are at your disposal, with direct access from the garden. The swimming pool is open from 01/06 to 30/09 except for health restrictions. It is not supervised and is accessible with a key for the safety of the little ones. <br><br>IMPORTANT:<br>From June 30 to 1 September, arrivals and departures take place on Sundays<br>You will be welcomed by our concierge who will give you all the necessary information on the use of the cottage, on visits in the surrounding area...<br>For stays of a minimum of one week, cleaning will be done by our concierge after your departure but will be charged by them upon arrival (75&#8364;).<br>Bed linen is not provided but can be booked and paid for with her. <br>For normal use, the daily consumption package is 50KWh for the winter periods from the beginning of November to the end of April. Beyond this value, the cost per KWh is set at &#8364;0.24/KWh.
