House renovated in 2015 comprises 2 bedrooms, full kitchen in open space with room for a total of 50 m2, stove, large LCD. Washing machine for up to 9 kilos, children's furniture if necessary. Possibility of car rental.
House well situated and fully renovated in very quiet area 2 minutes of bathing area of ​​the Crackers and 1 minute from the wine museum.

Aweome home in the Biscoitos area.

Hugo was a great host. He made sure we were all set up for our visit and made sure we would know how to reach out to him if we needed to (which we didn't). He built the house himself and you can see he put a lot of love into it. Quiet neighborhood near the natural pools of Biscoitos. we really enjoyed our stay.

Jolie maison, très bien aménagée. La cour est à l'abri du vent, ce qui aide les repas extérieurs. Très bien située pour rayonner tout autour sur l'île.

Deçus de la location.nous nous attendions à mieux

Belle maison façade rue Mais photos et annonce trompeuses sur le site Abritel .2 belles chaises longue blanches en plastique remplacées par 2 vieilles chaises longue en fer rouillées.Dans l'annonce 1 lave vaisselle inexistant en réalité.Pas de grand écran télé.1 cheminée transformée en poele et interdiction de s'en servir.Manque d'ustensile de cuisine:passoire pour égoutter les pates,bols pour le petit déjeuner(seulement 4 grandes tasses dont 1 ébréchée et retournée coté mur et donc invisible à la vue.1hotte qui ne fonctionne pas ainsi que la lumière.Partie congélation du réfrigérateur sale avec beaucoup de givre. L'intérieur de la maison est sombre et également humide malgré le soleil durant la semaine de location.Elle sentait le renfermé quand elle était fermée durant quelques heures pendant notre absence.La maison est également froide, 1seul chauffage d'appoint qui n'est pas assez puissant et donc insuffisant surtout pour le volume de la grande pièce à vivre.Nous avons été déçu de la location du 4 au 11 mai 2022.Nous nous attendions à mieux, vu le prix de la location

If there are guests that I don't advise, they are these. Without any connection and with a negative spirit. They are hotel travelers and do not fit into the experience of local accommodation and how to be local. No matter how much you do, nothing is enough. Here's my advice to anyone who gets them.
